São Paulo is the sixth biggest city in the world and hosts the biggest automotive event in Latin America: the São Paulo Motor Show. People from neighbor countries come here to take a look at the latest and future releases in the car marketing.
Okay, let's start with Brazil-related cars . The first 2 photos are from the cars of a Brazilian hero called Ayrton Senna da Silva. The affection Brazilian people have for him is comparable to Pelé. We learned how to enjoy Motorsports from him, and learned how to dislike it from his death. Many people stopped following F1 after his painful death. Whole Brazil cried when died. I remember even my mother crying. There was a song that was always played on TV when he won races, and still today, it's touching when I listen to it.
This car is from Stock Car Brasil:
The next pictures are from the first Brazilian supersport car. It's not 100% Brazilian, as it features a BMW engine. It comes in 2 versions: one with 570HP and another with 750HP. The car will be available only in 2012, the year when the world ends.
Does anyone know this one? Note GT5 booths to the right:
(Note GT decals on the windshield)
I didn't even check out which build was on display. What kind of GT fan am I?! However, another Brazilian member said that it was only GT5P...
I have more than 200 pictures, but of course I'm not going to post them all on the same page. So, these are the latest two by now:
Keep an eye here to the updates through new posts!
More pics on the second page.
