How to drive at night without rain at Nurburgring!

is there a way i can do this in arcade mode?
because my online is a tad laggy at times, and want to do some photo shoots in the night alone
 
I'am waiting for this for a while ! before the first patch (1.01) there was no rain on the nurb and le mans.

Please Kaz bring in arcade and practice mode the same option than in online mode !

The rain really pissed me, I just want to set my own parameters for racing with AI

Why would it be laggy? Your by yourself, in your lounge, and your the host!

Also if you want to save replays, start a race, and then fool around until race ends, then go to reults and save it. Although I think you ahve to finish the race to end it, so set it to 1 lap and get cracking :)
 
From a solo run I did tonight in my lounge with Jegato spectating :)
LFA on the Ring with changing time/weather. Did it as a race, saved the replay which allowed me to photo mode it

Time was set to 30x, started at midnight, and it didn't take long for daylight to break, in half a lap or so.
I expected sunshine, but instead it was kinda foggy looking for most of the day. You can't really control the weather here, only at Le Mans

Hey how did you get the car so crisp while the wheels and background remained blurry? Every pic I take at least part of the car is blurry. I tried making the shutter faster but then the background and wheels are too crisp. Let me know your secret!
 
I'm not one to do much fawning over graphics but holy smokes CoolColJ that first pic, I honestly thought it was real!! 👍 Nice!!

Panning mode 2 in the camera option - press triangle button to access them
The camera moves at the same speed as the car.

Me too! I haven't even looked at photo mode yet, but will now 👍
 
Maybe someone can clarify. I know the Ring is playable in weather and night to day transition but can you unlock this day to night without weather to play in arcade.

I thought I read that it can be unlocked so there is no weather change only time. He is playing in arcade in that race because all the cars are AI.
 
HUGE Omission to practice and arcade modes...thankfully its simple enough to add in so you twitter people better hound Kaz, politely(!), for PD to add it in.


Furthermore, Nurburgring looks 10000000000 times better with overcast or at dawn/dusk.

It's just stupid of PD to hide the best looking versions of their tracks. It's like they tried to hide everything awesome so joe-casual goes back to NFS.

Yeah after you do the first AMG special driving missions and get at least a bronze on all. I think the 24 hour configuration needs a gold in all

I thought I read that too. Can anyone clarify about the time only version of the track?
 
When getting all gold in the AMG missions (haven't done the last level yet) you definitely get the 24 hours track configuration with day/night transition but... With weather too. So, impossible to start a race without rain in arcade. Very annoying! (Maybe this option is unlocked after the last AMG event, but I don't think so...)
 
When you start GT5 it's possible to select the Nuerburgring Nordschleife in the "Time change" version only. Later in the game when more events are completed, it will become Time Change/Weather Change, and the Time Change only version won't be available anymore. This is what I have experienced.

I've never seen the time only version when I started GT5.
I was thinking if you get golds on the beginner or intermediate AMG, not only do you get the 24 hour version but the time only version of Nordschliefe?

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE TIME ONLY VERSION OF THE NURBURGRING?
