The Race Modified DC5 in my opinion is perhaps the best FF car in the game, its extremely light and packs nearly 400 horses under the hood. The car has a power to weight ratio of 400 HP :1 Tonne. Its no understatement to say that this car will very well beat cars with 100 or even 150 HP more. It was a blast to tune, and even more of a blast to drive.

Honda Integra DC5 Type R '04 RM Tune:

*All engine upgrades
*All body upgrades
*Sports Soft - Racing Soft tires

Thanks for posting the tune, its good mate, I used it on my dc5 online last night and spanked some rather more expensive supercars and big power evos round deep forest, so satisfying ha-ha

I gave this a try last night sweet ride you can just throw it into any corner etc and it just sticks like glue awesome.

Thank you everyone, more tunes are available at Avid's Homepage accessible through the link in my signature. Tune requests are more than welcomed!

I can't wait to try this at home! Sucks I have to be at work for another 7 HOURS...

I'm going to assume we set the ride height at default for this setup? Or drop it to the floor? I'll play with the height and see.

Best to drop it, wouldn't want to have too much weight transfer. Try go as low as possible depending on the track.

Thanks

Good tune. Bouncy, handles best on the smooth ones. Make sure u run trac control off. When on it understeers. Thanks vett'e

I have to say, though, the 20/18 non-minus suspension setting was kind of entertaining for a while. Not as fast as the negative version, but very direct on turns.

I tried the setting on the seasonal time trial. and was about a second slower then with the standard settings for the racing suspension...might be the combination with the tyres?

I'm curious what others will achieve on london with this tune.

Yes I tried the settings in a non RM DC5 and it's a fast car. Maybe the springs are too tight... I don't know if it's because it's not the RM DC5 or if my driving style doesn't allow it very well.

This tune... is just so magnificent! Especially around the ring, so stable, so good grip... everything is amazing!

Will this set up work on the Touring Car version ?

The RM will beat the touring car version period. I bought one with much anticipation but was rewarded with disappointment. At least I can be proud of my Honda collections anyway.

I know what you mean vett'e, it doesn't feel good.:yuck:

I just wanted to add another "thanks for the tune" post.

I'm not the best driver, but I managed to beat my best time on Laguna Seca with this car on my second lap out. Sweet car, thanks a lot.
