GT5 Freezes at the end of Ghost Replay

I've been having this issue lately...When i save my ghost replay (this is in practice*time trial*) and then loads it back it seems that my game freezes each time the ghost finishes the lap. I've tried this on a few different tracks and each time i load my saved ghost replay the game freezes at the end of my ghost replay. It also happens when i view my replay from the Theater the game STILL freezes...This has me in a very sucky mood as i cannot resolve this issue.
Are you getting the same problem? Can you help me?

It's a glitch, try deleting the ghost replays.

Also ran into this glitch today on Autumn ring mini while racing M3 against C63 ghost replay. Really annoying tried reverting to an earlier save file but still happened. Going to try disabling custom bgm option then deleting ghost replay and trying again.
