Question about Bob's "Experience Bar" when does it increase?

Does B-Remote community racing increase the experience bar? I don't see any indication of increases. Albeit, they raced only 50 or so remote races, and rarely win, naturally, my lvl 25ish Bobs are constantly up against lvl 30+ drivers.

I only started B-remote racing from LVL 5 last week, and none of my drivers show "Any" experiece bar increase, except for my 1st GT5 Bob, from the Beginner challenges. Today at LVL 20-25, none still show any increase on exp.

You need to cash out your drivers for their Class level to grow.

Remote races (RR) do not increase the Experience bar (it's named career-bar in PAL-versions).

It does however increase the Class-bar when you get experience-points from racing (A-, B-Spec and RR). I think previously answers have mixed these two.

Completely right. The question wasn't clear and yes, the terminilogy differs.

And to answer your original question...
There are several threads and a debate going on about this one, but here is what I think is the right answer. (And I have the "Air of experience trophy")

• The career/experience bar only increase when a B-spec day goes by.
• Your Bob have to be 500 B-spec days old to reach the end of his career (full bar).
• A B-spec day only goes by when a B-spec race has finished and you get the B-spec money/experience screen afterwards.

I also have a theory that if you share a Bob on-line, the career bar do not increase until you take him off-line again. But I'm not sure about this last one.
