True Force F1 Tuning '12™F1 2010-2016

I know that feeling all too well. There are other situations where it won't boot and my mom is all "What's wrong with it?"

"I DON'T KNOW, AND I DON'T GIVE A 🤬!"

Of course 5, 10 minutes later I'm there fixing it; I'm not gonna let some machine get the best of me. Terminator taught me that.

You may still have an advantage. I'm OCD about my setups...even when they're stable I want them more stable.

Why it takes me so damn long.

Know what you mean but then again, racing is all about dancing on a razorblade, I think. Yet, feeling the car being "fat" on the street (if you know what I mean) is important to me, so that I can feel the resistance when I'm trying to turn the wheel around.

đź‘Ť Cheers for the Shanghai set up. Annoyingly all practice and qualification sessions are bone dry so I won't get a chance during the race weekend, except the race itself to give it a proper run out.

No problem. If there's something you want tweaked further, let me know.

I'm working on an improvement now anyway but any possible feedback would help.

I might do an improved tune for Valencia. It's just so damn boring...even in the game.

In my Lotus I had a horrendous race in Shanghai through no fault of the setup. I started in the dry in 18th (after qualifying with a setting that was not yours) and by the end of the 2nd lap was up to 4th, then I span and because of the stupid penalty system I got a drive through which dropped me down to the lower middle pack, 14th or so. It started to rain about 8 laps in and had to change to Inters by around lap 12. After this I just ran out of talent. I use a DS3 and struggle to apply the power smoothly in the wet. The rain got harder and harder and around lap 22 of 28 I came in for full wets. A couple of spins later due to over-excitement with the throttle and I finished 17th so a net gain of 1 place. Strangely I was a full lap ahead of 19th place and I was still on the same lap as the leader, which was something at least. Fingers crossed for a bonus from work this year then I'm getting myself a wheel. I have to say, despite the result the setup you provided (I used the one that was not the 'stable' one) gave me lots more confidence in the wet. With a bit more practice and a less excitable finger I will eventually get there. Thank goodness the race in Istanbul looks dry!

The Williams often requires different wing angles - mine were at 4/5 for the Williams but I've changed them to 3/1 for the McLaren, for example.

Mr. S

That is true. But it might just be me, but i found that setup quite unsettling, and wasn't very confident with it.

The cars seem to feel different and require slightly different setups, when I moved from Williams to Ferrari I noticed a massive difference in how the car felt and at first I didnt like the Ferrari, infact I still prefer the way my Williams felt, even though it is obviously and clearly a lot slower.

Me being a complete tard used the Spa setup for the monza race and ended up coming second :sly: ... so i dont know if your monza setup works as I havent tried it but if anyone is struggling with it, use the spa setup :)

I started a new career with Virgin, and the back end is incredibly loose on that car compared to the cars I use in time trials (Ferrari/Redbull).

I has returned, thanks to Mr. S showing off and everything. :P

Setups need changing as the physics have changed quite a bit with the latest patch; I thought it was me being rusty (and perhaps that still is a factor) but Monaco isn't a track I'm afraid to go all out on, and all of the sliding and wheelspin suggests things have changed.

How long will I be back for? Until every chassis has both a wet and dry tune for every track.

And we're back for the 2012 season! We're currently undergoing some remodeling for the new season but allow us to introduce our first tune:
