I haven't had time to work on the results yet. Busy day. It will likely not be done until after Europe is asleep.
Sorry about having to sit out the last race. Indeed, I was not sitting at all, I had to go outside. It was an unplanned circumstance and unavoidable.
I was quite disappointed since I was very much looking forward to the Wishbone Curve race.
But we are considering doing this car / track combo again... Or at least I've presented an idea in the VCRC forum, so check that out.
@ TonyNOS, unfortunately, you would have to get a replay from someone in your own region, as they are not transferable between regions, or so I'm told. ?? So mine would be useless to you.
(
I really highly recommend everyone to save their replays at least for a few days, just in case someone is questioning something, you can go back & see yourself.
I didn't get to watch the entire Mt. Aso replay in entirely -- I come to find that I can't fast forward or rewind the replay!
( I'm assuming that's because I wasn't in the race. Grrrrrrr.
But I did watch the 1st 2 races in full. Quite frankly I'm surprised Madrid had as few incidents as it did, as that track is
pure nutty!!
Thank you to everyone who didn't stuff me into a barrier! I don't need any help with that on that track!
That track is a menace.
I heard that it's been said that racing at Monte Carlo is "like holding a bike race in your living room"...
Well I say that racing at Madrid is like trying to race trolley carts in a crowded grocery store full of families doing holiday shopping at a bunch of end cap sales.
Though I must say the car fits well there. Which yes, unfortunately is not the case with all tracks for this car because of the unfortunate top end issue. Its only flaw though, I would say. Well, that and it's not the most attractive car. ha ha
