Really excllent pictures. These two really stand out for me.

Also, great racing yesterday. I'm very much looking forward to the Luxury Mixer today as well.

Yes, well these 2 pictures should stand out quite a bit since they were taken, I believe, on the LAST lap of the race:



This one definitely on the last lap:


I didn't note the finishing times, but I think 1st & last place finished within a couple of seconds of each other. 👍
That was a really close race and I'm sorry I missed it!
(Due to the cat running out the door after I hit the start race & causing me confusion. )
But I really enjoyed watching it!!

And this was definitely taken on the last lap, as that's jackargent crossing the finish line for his 2nd win of the event!



Zorrin and I were neck & neck for 2nd place, but he got round me & got more speed coming out of the last turn of the race. 👍

Looking for a fresh head count for Saturday edition.

Will proceed with 3+ , and I have to stay on schedule because I have the Mini Madness race directly afterward.

So far I only have 2 "yes", 3 "probably", and 5 "possibly".

Well, we've got 3 definitely coming today, and 4 I haven't heard from yet, that are maybes.

Not familiar with Canadian weather, as such. I know that I used to have family living in Maine and the joke was that they had 2 seasons - winter and 4th of July. lol
We've had a very early spring here in Pennsylvania. The tulips have come & gone already! And our lilac trees have been in bloom for a few weeks now!
Overcast but pleasant here today.

Due to low turn out (just 3 of us and only 2 with full compliment of cars ) I'm pushing back & postponing Saturday Event #3 Tour Japan until next week.

You say that now, but watch when you set up the lobby and then it starts raining outside. You will be sorry that you even mentioned it starting to rain outside 👍 .

Anyway, I don't think I would be able to attend the race today, just had an argument with my parents and them seeing me play would probably tick them off even more.

I'll join today. I thought wednesdays were cancelled but I forgot there was a euro time slot. See you there

Not until I was out gardening AFTER the racing. It sprinkled a bit on me as I was planting carrots , just before sunset.

Hoped you would have that picture. That was a crazy finishing straight. I got blocked in like i was being chased by the police All i could do was sit behind jack in the Elan and enjoy the draft. .040 in it i think. Gutted i missed the other races.
