I'm looking to start a new NASCAR midweek racing series in September-October after the flash-mob of summer NASCAR series has finished (Vintage NASCAR, euroRaceCar, Thunder, NASCAR Japan) which will probably be accessible for European racers only unfortunately, but should introduce some new drivers to the world of GTP NASCAR who would not normally join in.

I'm looking to test two different sets of specifications to determine which will be used in this series, each of which will be tested in a 50 lap race at Motegi. That's 100 laps in all. This will take place between 16:00 and 17:30 BST which is 11:00 and 12:30 Eastern.

Spec 1 - 453bhp, 1750kg, Racing Hard tires

Spec 2 - 453bhp, 1565kg, Sports Soft tires

Any NASCAR will do, preferrably 2011 but it's not vital. No need to reserve a particular car, just show up with what you want after posting here on the thread to let me know you'll attend. Thanks in advance.

Just so you guys aren't so blind on what this is about, I'm planning a twice weekly racing series similar to NASCAR's home track series (Modifieds, All American etc.) that will take place exclusively on ovals.

There'll be a midweek night race which will likely be inaccessible for most Americans (Thursday or Tuesday TBD) and a Sunday race in the afternoon which should be more USA friendly, both races in a week will be the same (track, laps etc.). There's no obligation to race both, although you can, and your best result of the week will count. This allows all timezones to compete pretty much. Also due to the fact that the races are only 75-100 miles, the meetings will only be short so I'm hoping there'll be lots of interest due to not conflicting with other series.

If pulled off correctly, this should be a hell of a lot of fun. Back to basics; low power, no teams and 'sprint racing'. Nothing too serious 👍
