I'm not sure why you highlighted the 330 GTC, it looks nothing like the P4. And though the 1999 Pajero is Pininfarina, neither of the two Pajeros in GT5 are the same year or have the same styling, so pictures of them wouldn't be much of a tribute.

I think there is an apparent lack of Pininfarina cars in the game. Especially the Ferrari Testarossa, Alfa Romeo 164, and Maserati Quatroporte.

Perhaps we'll see some new cars of his design as DLC as a tribute to him. Maybe one with cars by him, Carroll Shelby, and Ferdinand Porsche (perhaps that's a stretch but still) simply to honor three of the great automotive legends that have passed recently.
