You got them when 2.04 came out, IF you had bought the big DLC pack

the only way to get them now is if you do the GT acadamy seasonals. but you need the cars for that, which you would have to borrow

but all you need is one. one = infinite if you backup your save before you use it

Might be mistaken but I didn't see this on the leaderboards. It's the Challenger R/T 70.. Best I got so far(10min tune)
 
I wonder if it's possibly to get a 0-60 under 1 second with that thing.
