The few times I have ran with SRF it has made me significantly slower... maybe it only makes some cars faster?

SRF makes AWD cars slower! on the other hand it makes MR, FR and FF cars Faster!

Simply put, yes
However, you could tune an AWD car around SRF and make it faster than a non-srf car. That was just the case with someone claiming their Black Edition ran 8.8's.

not true it makes a lot of add cars much faster my ctr2 runs 9.645 without, with srf it runs 9.578
