Not to be a stick-in-the-mud or anything but are you sure you're running without SRF etc...? You're beating some of the fastest guys, including probably the fastest in the UK (Twissy) seemingly with ease. And what's more, you don't even seem to be surprised and/or pleased about that fact. Previous performances don't seem to indicate this.... Fair go if its legit but might be best to check.

And BanditKarter, please don't take Vagabond's question as an insult, rather as a compliment. A few weeks ago Viper kicked everyone's behinds legitimately, but still got asked the question :) There are some fast folks around here, but new ones pop up every now and then too!

SRF is definitely off, this is only my 3rd WRS time trial since I joined and I was 18th in the UK GT Academy and I have acquired a G27 since then which has allowed me to improve my driving. :)

How did you end up D2 gold and not well into D1? Congrats on 18th in the UK. No mean feat!

The qualifier is on the Nordschliefe ring and i'm not that confident around there, maybe if I had pushed myself a bit more I might have been in D1 but it is done now so just trying to get promoted :lol: Thanks :)

Fair go. I still can't get a good pace on the ring either after driving it hundreds of times...

Promotion won't be far off I don't think but beating James is a major achievement in itself :sly:
 
Don't forget to submit! I'm probably not going to have time for another run, but just remembered to get the one I do have into Fetchy :)

A horrid and unpleasant combination of car, tires and track. Also bugged: I can't run against my own fastest-lap ghost because it locks up my system without fail passing s/f at the conclusion of lap 1.

Well simply havent been able to get to grips with this one :indiff:, coming from driving the F1 this felt like driving a truck that ripped its front tyres to shreads.

👍 I've spent a total of 15 minutes on it so far.. last Sunday. :indiff: I try not to avoid a combo just because it doesn't suit me but like James, after the F10 the previous week, I just couldn't relax into it. Might try a session after dinner tonight but this week has already grabbed me so I may not submit for this one. Good luck everyone :cheers:

Looking at my replay again, these are the splits I should have posted on Friday. Only .004 difference.
 
I'll be submitting when i'll get back from work, i may have about 30 minutes free tonight to try some more laps but i doubt ill be able to... i can see this car hard to drive after an entire week in the F1! :)

I have submitted my time but still another 2 tenths of lap time to find judging from my best sector times.
 
I will submit shortly the times from my session last Tuesday. Had 2 more attempts and could not beet my best lap and just could not get to grips with T1 even with edk and bands corner explanation. Very disappointed. I hope my t3 makes up for it.

I've got the same problem over here.Serious bug if you ask me :(
Game freezes when your own ghost passes the s/f line.
Very nasty when you make some improvement and you are unable to save your best lap.
You could try to run 4 or 5 laps,and then load your ghost.
Works fine over here :)

Not much time to TT these days so here is a mad dash:

T1: 22.884
T2: 19.093

Gona beat my head on the wall for the next hr to see if there is any more speed for me. Then I'll cut it too close and miss the submission time :)
 
:( Didnt had enought time to run clean lap, got stuck in traffic coming back from work, had a good 12 minutes lol

Had a ,372 at first split, but not focused enought for T2 it was really bad:ill:

BanditKarter ,637 on T2 is really nice, my best was ,691
