My online level is 17 I believe but I'll make sure. I don't want to be a liar. I haven't played alot so I'm not sure how it all works yet

You can drive a level 23 car at level 17, you just cant purchase one, a level 23 ticket bypasses this silly rule of PDs

@ Pro755..Will send the '70 ticket after reset, dont forget to keep ripping it until a 2j shows up, took me 6 rips haha.

Hey Pro, just sent your level 23 ticket and also sent you 5 matte paints. Sorry no chromes as I didn't have any on that account, they are all on my main. If you give me a few days, I'll send some to my sub account then pass them along to you. Hope you get what your looking for with the 23 ticket. Peace and enjoy the paints.

Go to community (itll have a red star next to it) and go to gifts, click on the ticket and click recieve, that'll then be in your car delivery and you can redeem it :)
