Got side tracked from tasks and went karting, lol. I'll be on in 30-45 minutes. Only if they didn't put a kart place in the mall.:sly:

Soon as I get new wheel set up, if anyone is still up for I plan to jump on and try it out.

Guys, I'm going to have to push the start back to next week. I have something to do tonight that I can't get out of.

It's been a while since I've raced with all of you Friday nights, but I'm going to try and make it back next week since Dabneyd pushed it back. Also Dabneyd, I just wanted to see if the premium XJR-9 was allowed or only the standard? Regardless, that will be the car I'll be driving.

If anyone is interested I might hop in one of the lounges tonight and practice a little for next week, though it'll be awhile as I've got to break in my car for S.P.E.C tomorrow night.

You're more than welcome to drive the premium Jag or the 787.

Looks like no one showed up, so what do we do? Cancel the race?

I wonder why.

I assume we're allowed to switch cars from week to week.

Y or N?

I'd rather you didn't simply because you could always have the best car for the track. However, if you pick a car that is much slower than the pack (the Jag comes to mind) I might let you switch.

Glad I asked

So what car are you guys going to use? I'm going to give the Peugeot 905 Race Car '92 - 719PP a shot. It is solid on corner exits, braking is fair, and I believe it will keep up in the straights. While it doesn't have as much pick up as some others, it doesn't get as loose, and I think that will help me get a good season standing.

If I race, it will only be for the first one, tonight, as I go back to school in a few days. Is that alright? I just have an urge to do an endurance race and this looks like fun.

My choices are limited again as I don't have several cars on the list. I do however have nearly fifty BMW and Lamborghini :)

Nissan R89C Race Car '89 - 716PP
Toyota MINOLTA Toyota 88C-V Race Car '89 - 723PP
Nissan R92CP Race Car '92 - 717PP
Peugeot 905 Race Car '92 - 719PP

I have these. I'm inclined to use the Minolta or the 905.

EDIT: I think the old Jaguar is in my UCD if I remember correctly from last night.

Not a problem. Race as few or as many races as you like.

The Toyota or Puegeot are better choices than the Jag.

Given my lack of using the DFGT over the last few weeks, I might pop in for this if there's room to get me back in the groove with it...even if these cars are a bit out of my league :)
