Hello and Welcome everyone.

That's it, the Ground Zero Academy is finally born.

What is the Ground Zero Academy?
This is a league of serious racers who want to improve their driving skills week after week, day after day, race after race, turn after turn.

There are lot of leagues on gtplanet. Why should I choose to race in this one?
Because what makes us different from other leagues is that your goal here will be to reach the Ground Zero which is the Division for no abs drivers.

That's cool but I don't want to run abs off ever. Shame because the combos looks really great.
No worry, the Ground 1 is exactly the same as Ground Zero, except abs.
So you and you only will make the choice to run in the Ground Zero.

Racing Format ●

Ground Zero Academy features a dynamic format.
It takes place on a two-week cycle. Week 1: One long race. Week 2: Two Sprint races
Long race: ~1hour / Mandatory Pit.
Sprint races: ~20mn / No Pit. Grid of race 2 is based on previous race results.

- Stock cars -> you buy the car and you break in it.
- One-Make -> Cars on the grid are 100% identical.
- Dates -> We will run 2 dates per week. One for NA and one for EU.
If you race in NA, you can't race in EU the same week (this is to avoid multiple driver points)
NA races: every Thursdays, 19.00 PST / 22.00 EST
EU races: every Saturdays, 20.00 UTC

Each driver will be allocated to a Ground. That determinate his position through the field and his skills. There are 3 grounds. They are detailed below.

Ground 2 ●

- For drivers who want to join without submitting the Proving Ground.
- For drivers who submitted their Proving Ground but they need to be a bit faster to reach Ground 1.
- ABS is allowed in this Ground.
- Tires used for these drivers are stock tires (original tire sold with the car).

Ground 1 ●

- For drivers who submitted their Proving Ground without mistake and they were a bit faster than guys in Ground 2.
- For drivers From Ground 2 who totalized at least 0.70 points.
- ABS is allowed in this Ground.
- Tires used for these drivers are stock tires or less.

Ground Zero ●

- For drivers who submitted their Proving Ground with an excellent result and they are volunteer to enter the Ground Zero.
- For drivers from Ground 1 who totalized at least 2.95 points and they are volunteer to enter the Ground Zero.
- ABS is not allowed in this Ground.
- Tires used for these drivers have not a really good grip.

0.05 - 12th
0.04 - 13th

- or how to join us -

Finally (we know you wait for this since the post #1) here is how to join us:

● Post on the thread that you're interested to join us. (gtplanet username / PSN ID / Nationality / Fav. Time Slot)
● Then, one of the PURE Officials will contact you or post on the thread to know when you're ready to run the Proving Ground.
● When you both are in agreement to a time/date for meeting, the PURE Official will open a public lobby and you'll have to join this lobby.
● Then, here is the Proving Ground:
