As promised STaTS - SNAIL's Team and Tuning Series (season VI) details are posted: https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?p=8102850&posted=1#post8102850

This season will be the battle of the GT 86, BRZ, and FR-S.

For those of you who would like to try this series and can't get a tuner one change this season is there will be a generic tune posted for anyone to use. Just grab a team mate and come have fun.

One thing that makes this series unique is the ballasting that we do where if you win a race you get weight added to your car. This makes it so whatever skill level you're at you have a chance at winning races. So come on over and sign up. First race is next Friday.

Looks good, Hill. I've updated the schedule with the new Season VI thread.

Is anyone willing to coordinate a photoshoot of the triplets? It'd be nice to have a STaTS banner for once. :)

Love to help out, but I'm currently in the middle of doing one of the 4 hour enduros so I can't do squat until that's over, lol

this is my request to join the league. i got an invite thro PS3, read the info and it sounds like fun.

patmanattack is interested in joining S.N.A.I.L. I am requesting more info. Thanks

Hey guys,

Thanks for your interest! We are always happy to have drivers who race clean. Here's what you need to know and do in order to join:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the S.N.A.I.L. OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide.
Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You run the Time Trial. (NOTE: The tires selected for this have more grip than our current tire regulations allow, but please follow the directions exactly anyways).
2. You PM kcheeb with your time from the time trial (no Sunday racing until this is completed).
3. We assign you to the division that we feel will give you the closest competition.
4. We send you a you a PSN friend request from the corresponding SNAIL_Division1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 account. That PSN account's lounge is where you will race on Sunday night.
6. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

The original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread.

Please note that we often race DLC from three add-on packs:

Racing Car Pack
Course Pack
Twin Ring Motegi Pack

If you don't have these add-on packs, you will need to sit out the races in which they are used.

If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, post your choices in this thread.
To avoid duplication, the currently claimed combinations can be found here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.

Welcome to S.N.A.I.L.

I think we have a name for my idea. S.N.A.I.L. PP Cap!

Zero, cheeb and I gave it a try tonight and while we really missed wolf we had a good time. Cheeb won the night!

kcheeb 97 pts
zer05ive 93 pts
jobyone71 91 pts

We had some fun strategy going on with zer0 deciding racing that racing the Honda Life Step Van '72 would give him an advantage. Well since he beat me it must have worked. Although kcheeb and I both lapped him:crazy:

I will be creating a new thread for this event. I think it will be a nice diversion from normal S.N.A.I.L. activities. We are going to try a soft launch on Monday 2/18.

More info to follow:) I hope to see some of you join in:)

Just a reminder that I only have a 5-10% chance of making it Sunday night. Also have a huge workload early in the week, so race extra careful please D2 :sly:

Hey guys, I'm really hoping that Sunday's races will be just as awesome as they have been this past month, lookin forward to a new season and hopefully a lot of close and fast racing, I'm just hoping the connection fairies don't drop by :/

I know wolf has this as his avatar, but has it been mentioned that we have a movie coming out?

I ll be willing to take some pictures for this. And funny thing, I just painted all 3 of them without knowing this was going to be the car selected; must be destiny calling.
