Hydroplanned into a telephone line at near 40 MPH. Think I might of flipped, will show pictures later.
Car is destroyed almost just like Larsons (Except the front suspension somehow survived and kept the exposed engine and tires in place). Amazingly I only have a scratch on my right hand, a bump on my noggin, and a probable concussion. I could race but want to wait until my head is clear enough not to ruin other people's races.
I'll probably post some pics when I get home. If it wasn't for my seatbelt I'd be dead.

Your ok, that's the main thing. Take as much time off as is required buddy, I know you will anyway. :)
 
Sounds nasty mate, hope you get the clear from doctors and you don't have trouble with paying for damage etc.

Ahhh, the Volkswagon Jetta TDI '10. My first car, and the first car I totaled. Now wasting away in a junkyard.

The amazing thing about the Jetta is that, after all of that, the only evidence that it was in a wreck interior wise was the airbag and the broken ignition that wouldn't pop the keys out at first. Nothing inside was damaged outside of myself and a little scratch on my glasses. I even remember having to turn off the radio when I first came to. Cheers to VW for actually living up to any "safety" promises they make.
 
Thats the beauty of buying a European car, especially a German one, you know your going to walk away from an accident like that.

if that was an American car you'd be seriously injured or worse.

SSRX races will be back. Planning it as two duel events, and another an enduro.

Oh sorry, I didn't notice there were already 3 Motegi races. :dunce: Although Motegi-tegi-tegi still eats those other ovals for breakfast.

Probably axe the Motegi 100 miler and put in an event at my 1.5 mile Vegas for 65 laps instead.

Round 7 takes us back to Daytona for the final time this season for the now extended Chevrolet Silverado SS 200. Last season's result saw Matty take first with Furinkazen take second and RedPartyHat taking the final podium position.

It's been a mixed bag at Daytona this season - the Shootout had many cautions whilst the 250 ran with decent green flag runs. What will be the story for the 80 lap event this season?

With NASCAR Trucks getting to the business end of the season, will team orders take effect and can anyone stop Pepsi Racing from their runaway success? With only three races of the season left time is running out.​

As an extra incentive, Top 12 in pts will be offered a guaranteed locked in place for next season should they choose to take it up.
 
yay a track I have a chance at Daytona is always great just hope none of us send tires and an engine into the stands. :) Sorry to hear bout your wreck Ganon make a fast recovery.
