Time to revive my real life gallery!

Last Sunday, my dad and I went to one of the country's biggest auto event, the Manila International Auto Show. My cousin, who is in charge of the Sonax booth, gave me an exhibitor's pass which made me feel exclusive! :D Since my camera's battery was reaching the end, I only had taken a few shots with it and had to revert to both my dad's iPhone 5 and my cousin's Samsung Galaxy S3. I manage to import those iPhone shots, but up to now, my cousin has yet to give me my photos! :grumpy:

Anyways, I'll just post what shots I've got! Enjoy!

Last weekend, Filipino-Swiss Formula Renault 3.5 Series driver Marlon Stockinger recently visited his home country, the Philippines, to spread Formula One in the country, as he is one of seven drivers of the Lotus F1 Junior Team. In tandem with the road show, he also showcased the local aftermarket scene. Here is my long yet (possibly) amazing photo set of the Manila Speed Show.

(My camera is a Nikon D40X with the stock lens. All editing were done using Photoshop CS5.)

Damn Justin, I just realized that was your post :lol:

I have to say, you're getting much better, just like with GT5.

Few tips though.
A. Use Aperture Priority mode. Still automatic adjustment, but more control over the camera.
B. Turn down your ISO, holy crap. an ISO of 800 on this shot is bad, hence why your shutter speed is 1/4000.
C. Try getting a few more lenses, a 35mm f/1.8 is pretty cheap and a lot of fun to use, and a 55-200mm is cheap as well, and a good starter telephoto.

And do i also see a little bit of inspiration from The Way Things were in this shot? :D

Haven't been active here lately, but I've been busy!

For the past two months of summer, I attended three major car shows of the Philippines, the 2014 Manila International Auto Show, the 3rd Hot Import Nights Manila and Bumper to Bumper 10, and the 23rd Trans Sport Show. As much as I want to post all of them, I'm no superhuman. I can't post all 186 shots in one post!
