Sean Taylor dead at the age of 24

I feel very bad for his family. I met him once in the players parking lot. He was one of the few players that enjoyed giving autographs. Very nice man, terrible tragedy.

Whats really a shame is he apparently turned his life around recently from being a thug, and I respect that. Prayers go out to his friends and family.

I'll tell you what... my best wishes go out to his family and friends. You can lose games. You can lose championships. You can have a long losing streak. But there is no greater loss than losing one of your teammates. I don't know too much about his playing career, but nothing hurts than losing a teammate. I'm sure the Washington Redskins will devote the rest of this season (and maybe next season) to the loving memory of Sean Taylor. I'm probably predicting the Redskins will have black patches with Sean Taylor's number on them. I first heard of this when I came home from my community college last night around 7:15 PM CST. I saw it on ESPNEWS. Then on Houston's FOX affiliate, KRIV FOX 26, I heard the sad news stating his death. This is absolutely unfortunate. May God bless you, your family, and your friends, Sean Taylor.

Sad news.

I thought he would recover since it was a shot in the leg and he was able to respond to doctors. But the next morning at school my friends started talking about his death. I couldn't believe it.

It's late, but I was very shocked to hear of this. The guy had some potential, too...

To have one's life taken after lots of hard work turning it around is a really sad occurence.
