Hi Res Wallpapers, Anyone know sites?

Hey Hey...
I recently got a new 20' widescreen monitor for Xmas, and with the higher resolution I'm now packing, need better res wallpapers. Anything from cars to abstract scenes, so if anyone knows some good sites with around 1680x1050 res options feel free to post em.

First off, 1680x1050 is a terrible resolution for a 20' monitor.

Second, InterfaceLIFT is one of the best, if not the best, wallpaper sites there is. Provided you don't mind looking through page after page of images, that is (1680x1050 has 880).

I just got a new computer at work yesterday and am using this as my new paper.

Well here is the best site IMO, I didnt post it before because it dosent have many hi-res (as in 1600x), but it has just about the biggest collection ever. Its in Russian, but im sure you guys can figure it out. A bit like daan's site aswell.

Flickr is pretty good. I often grab a few shots I like and blend them in to a montage for a wallpaper. Although some days it can take a while to find a big enough pic depending on what you are searching for.

Try a search for "hires wallpaper" 👍

if you're looking for abstract scenes, you might want to think about texture images.

best way to get wallpapers YOU will love is to learn to make them yourself on photoshop or something..

Situational-wise: your friend says: "Whoa man, that's one b*tchin' Wallpaper! where'd you Download it?"

and that's when you show off and say you made it
