So i thought that i would post my build since some of the honda guys here will appreciate this. kinda like GT4 lately with all the parts starting to collect in my room. I thought I would post up pics of the beginning all the way to present.

This is it in the beginning i had some konig 17's on the car but they were the worst looking and worst wheels i have ever had.

next came the civic type-r front bumper

hit a deer and went with the 03 model front bumper with an authentic mugen lip and rest of the type-r bumpers and side skirts n c/f spoiler

Then i decided that the k20a3 was only 160 hp and i needed more so i went with a DC5-S swap to 205 hp.

then decided that was not enough and did an RBC manifold and my first set of cams.

im sure i have missed some small things here and there but thats the most of it

I'm sure someone will say this, but a photo of a little "Hi GTP" sign made of paper, somewhere on a recognizable part of the car might help the believability. It's a sharp car, though I've never personally been a fan of Mugen's bodykits.

((Or have you already done that somewhere?))

Wow cant think of much to say apart from.... your car looks great!!
I agree with Jim on the bit about the mugen front splitter, I prefer the pre-facelift type R bodykit.
Oh and why do the US Civics have those ugly orange reflectors on the side of the front and rear bumpers? Kinda ruins the look of the car...

I think he's already done it in the Honda thread. If not, we still believe him. His parts aren't unattainable, but they're rare and cool enough to be awesome. There's a lot of money in that thing, and it's one of the best EPs I've ever seen. I'm more into the older Civics, but this is a really sweet EP3.

FLT? For loss of Traction? XD

anyways, it's a nice, sharp car, and definitely better than half the ones 'round here...

A very nice, clean build-up. Good to see that there are import kids with taste in this country, it drives me insane with some of the crap they pull around here. Not having $10Billion in stereo equipment in there gives you 1000+ bonus points, its the most-useless stuff to ever place into a "performance" car.

I do like the EP, nearly considered one for myself at one point, but yeah. Very nice car indeed!

Tidy. Respect for the pic with the good honest spanner on the top of the engine. :D

I'm not a huge Honda fan, but just for you, I'm going to post a video here (edit to come) of when I worked on a friend's 1.6 non-VTEC CRX which he rebuilt with the most amazing care to produce 230hp on Jackson Supercharger and 400hp on gas. It's the first test fire, without even headers, so you can see combustion product at it's prettiest. :) You can hear me stage-giggling like a loon, because it was so funny.

Woa, those 'everyday' wheels look way better than the Works to be honest.
You can actually see them? The pics are too dark on my monitor.

But yea, those rotas don't look bad. Spoon designed a pretty nice wheel. (hint hint)

Work isn't good enough for you? Damn son! Take a break!
