Well, this is cheating, because they're from an AHRMA (historic motorcycle racing) event at Barber in Alabama, in the paddock area. Well, the first one is on the perimeter road. . .
A 2003 FJR1300 (which happens to be what I ride) being "demonstrated" by Randy Mamola. Notice that he's standing on the pegs, not the ground!
Lastly, my wife enjoying the view on a break during a ride we took along Florida's northern Gulf coast last fall:
Today I saw a Hayabusa parked next door. I know absolutely nothing about bikes but the name of Hayabusa struck me immediately. Too bad I don't have a picture, but it looked exactly like this one.
Not rare or exotic, but still very nice and along an epic road. 👍
I had a nice conversation with the owner, of whom we both shared a similar level of envy over Ewan McGregor's amazing ride across the globe. Although he did say he took this bike as far North as it is possible to go, even across a glacier.
So on request here we are… I dont take too many pictures of bikes mainly because there are almost none cool bikes in Mexico, but I have come across a few ones, like thisair of Harleys, one stock, the other radically chopped:
Then this nice set of customs outside a custom bike shop:
Then an extremely rare here BSA Rocket, check out the thrice exhaust pipe!
I know there’s some more spewn across my files including a rare Vespa sight with the motor shown, and maybe even online in my wife’s photobucket, I’ll search and post (:
