Kate, two of my best friends, and I went to the Meadowbrook Concours d'Elegance this afternoon which was held on our university's campus mainly because the show was free for us to get into (well OK we do pay about $12,000 a year to go to school there). I don't really know much about old cars so I probably missed some awesome things but I just focused on stuff that struck me.
Older Cars
Ferrari 275GTB/4, I though I remember someone saying this was their favourite car of all time (maybe Rue?) so I took a couple of photos for them. Plus I think it just looks awesome.
This one is for Doug since he hates these cars with a passion, there had to be 25 of these god awful Vettes.
BMW Z1, I've never actually seen of these before. Funny enough it's the same Z1 that is featured on the Wikipedia page for the car.

A really nice old school M3, I don't really know chassis designations but I'm guessing E30?
Ferrari Berlinetta Boxer, not sure was sub model though, probably 512?
Bertone B.A.T 11, apparently it made it's first showing at the Concours.
New Mercedes SL
Old Mercedes SL
1938 Peugeot 302, probably one of my favourite cars I saw at the show.
1958 Jaguar HK Special
1950 Diedt Roadster Special
1932 Auburn 12-160A Speedster, I loved the colour on the car.
1936 Cord Model 810, I've always loved the look of the Cord since it's just so clean and gives that quintessential art deco look.
1962 Ferrari 250 GT/E
My knowledge of old Ferrari's isn't stellar, I just like the way they look so bear with me if I don't know what model it is or get it wrong.
1953 Ferrari America, I think a 342.
1955 Ferrari America
Ferrari America 375
Ferrari America racecar of sorts
1949(?) Ferrari 166MM
1970 246 Dino GTL
Ferrari 275 GTB/4
1966 Bizzarrini 5300 Spyder S.I. Convertiable
1975 Lamborghini Countach LP400
1969 Lamborghini Muira P400, gorgeous car, another one of my favourites throughout the show.
1970 Plymouth Superbird
1969 Chevrolet Astro III (and silly me though Astros were big ugly vans )
1968 Chevrolet Astro II
1967 Chevrolet Astro I
1962 Corvair Monza SS
1969 Manta Ray
Old Bugatti race car
There was a car auction yesterday and some of the cars were still sitting outside waiting to get loaded into trucks.
Nash Metropolitan, it's just comically small.
Bugatti Type 57
I haven't the faintess idea but I loved it known that one day it will be a Concours car. The stories that car must hold because you know it had to have been pulled out of a barn somewhere.
Newer Cars
Lamborghini Reventón, car looks awesome in person. They started it as well and revved the engine for the crowd. Sounds like god yelling. There was a guy walking around the car and sitting in it asking about buying it. He certainly looked wealthy and the Lamborghini guy was basically kissing his behind so I assume the man had a couple other Lambos at home.
Viper ACR, as I've said numerous times it's the only new style Viper I like.
Nissan GT-R, still just as ugly in person.
Callaway C16 Coupe, the paint was amazing on it since it was transparent and you could see the carbon fibre weave.
Callaway C16 Speedster, Kate informed me I could buy it for her when we get rich and famous, I just laughed .
Mercedes-Benz SLR Convertiable
Ford GT Heritage, I believe this was Kid Rocks but it didn't say on the sign.
Volkswagen GTI W12 concept, very cool.
Saleen S5S Raptor
Saleen S7
Morgan Aero 8, I love this car and if I could have any sports car right now I would take one it a heart beat. One question though I have though does the Aero 8 use MINI Cooper S headlamps?
Bugatti Veyron
A world class Callaway Corvette, so well made in fact the badges were having a hard time staying on .
Porsche 911 GT3 RS
Ferrari 599
F430 Scuderia...one of the Ferrari reps said the name and I had to laugh.
Ferrari 612, sweet lord it is ugly.
Maserati MC12, it's seriously a long walk around the car. I had no idea it was that big!
Deronda, never head of it but it has a 400hp 6.0L V8 good for a top speed of 183mph and 0-60 in 3.2 seconds.
Lotus Exige S 240
Agusta MV, lovely bike.
Ducati 1098R, if I could have any bike currently this would be it.
