I cannot get this thing to turn in. Camber at -2.0 on the front, toe out 0.03 on the front, LSD set so that it should bring it back in, and it turns like a house.

Which is absurd, really because its one of THE best cars in teh world for handling, so either I've broken it because of 845bhp, or I suck at tuning this car.

I'm thinking a bit of both.

Do any of you have any settings for this damn thing because its cost too much to throw away. Shes got everything, and shes on Racing mediums.

This is tuned by Mazdaman (turns like a pro)

I'm using that tune for my GTR-07 but I oversteer/drift alot and I can't brake from top speed without the whole car getting unstable.
Thoughts?

how do you change the downforce and get the aero kit, im sort of a noob and cant find it anywhere, :P.

also, how does the gt-r spec V drive now Bit?

Its under "Body" I think, the top option anyway where you tune your Diff/Suspension etc.

You'll see it.

I go to "Body" on my car in my garage but it doesn't show anything, and the only things under Body/Chassis in the tune shop are weight reductions?

What is the best GT-R to buy and why? I want one i just want the best one its a big investment is the concept gt r worth the xtra 100 grand?:ouch:

:) nevermind i just bought the gt-r 09 and im very happy with it! now what shall my next project car be i wonder? any recomendations!

Oil change glitch? Dois the oil need to be changed as soon as it appears in your garage or at any point does it work? And what does it do add power?

I bought this car tonight. Put every part on there. And u guys are right it just won't bite on the turns! I'll try these setups tomorrow. I tuned for an hour and a half tonight and nothing helped. Real bummer after dropping $400,000 on a car.

I have a GTR Spec-V in my garage thats fully tuned to 856 BHP (Sports Soft tires) at the moment and it turns on a dime... Setup for the Nurburgring, but handles well on a lot of other tracks too... :)

want to make a few minor changes to my posted tuning settings.

drop the aero in the rear down to 10 from 15
and add toe out to the rear wheels by 0.20

GL folks!
thanks

Has anyone tried this setup yet. Oh, is there any way of saving setups?

I hate this car. I wished I wouldn't have bought it. A car this expensive shouldn't be this hard to get to turn and not break lose!

I wouldn't adjust anything different from stock. People buy all these upgrades and they aren't really needed. Engine is one thing, but suspension tuning isn't really needed unless really necessary. I suggest those who did tune it to put the front toe in. Toe out creates more straight line stability, but toe in will help with turn in. Too much camber can have a negative effect as well. Just try different toe in and negative camber on the fronts. I'd leave the rears at what they are, or a half 'round' of negative camber. Too low a ride height can hurt as well, if you're running your car super low you'll have to have the springs really stiff to help from bottoming out or tire rub. Once you get tire rub your car won't turn and will hurt braking. So with that in mind keep a little bit of room in ride height as well.
