The purpose of this thread is to create a resource for those pursuing a B-Spec career and are interested in knowing what cars have won the various events in the Expert Level Race Series.

The following is a list of the cars that I used to win each Series:

Tuned Car Championship - - - - Pagani Zonda R '09
Schwarzwald A - - - - - - - - - Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro '09
MR Sport Cup - - - - - - - - - Saleen S7 '02
Historic Racing Car Cup - - - - Toyota 7 Race Car '70
Turbo Challenge - - - - - - - - Mine's BNR34 Skyline GTR Vspec N1
Gallardo Trophy - - - - - - - - Lamboghini Gallardo LP560-4 '08
Japanese Championship - - - - - Mine's BNR34 Skyline GTR Vspec N1
GT All Stars - - - - - - - - - Minolta Toyota 88CV '89
Polyphony Digital Cup - - - - - AEM Honda S2000

Notes:
Next up for me will be to try my Toyota 7 Race Car '70 at the Historic Racing Car Cup. Another possible car for this race is the Chaparral 2J, but sadly I do not yet have one to try.

I have not tried any car at the GT All Stars Series, but I understand that others have won this event using the ubiquitous Minolta Toyota 88CV, so I will give this a try shortly.

The Pagani Zonda R is overkill for the Tuned Car Championship. This event can be won with many lesser cars even if your B-spec driver is a noobie.

I hope others will add to this thread by posting a list of the cars they used to win the Expert Series races in B-Spec mode.

Edit: I have added my chariot for the Historic race: Toyota 7, and the GT All-Stars: Minolta Toyota. My Bob was finally able to win at Monaco once he got trained up to level 18 (plus some expert button pushing).

Respectfully,
GTsail

In GT all stars im finishing up right now with the MINOLTA Toyota 88C-V race car I won from Like the Wind in a-spec. I am winning by about 10 seconds per race. It is working very well. I won 4 out of the 5 races and im about to start the 5th.

I won the first race in historic cup with the toyota 70 race car but havent tried the 2nd yet

I also beat the tuned car championship, MR sport cup, turbo challenge, and polyphony digital cup with the MINOLTA also

True, my B-spec driver had a field day with them driving the Minolta. Got second overall with the Furai after pushing it, but the R8 was just too fast.

the 2nd race is a bit tough even with the Toyota 7 in B-Spec. A-Spec is not that hard if you can get to the front without being planted into the walls by the AI.

What is everyone using for the 2nd race in the historic cup under b spec? My driver keeps on clipping the wall coming to a complete stop and letting the field go by then go. He's in the toyota 7

Historic Racing Car Cup - - - -
Turbo Challenge - - - - - - - - Mazda Furai -Tuned
Gallardo Trophy - - - - - - - -
Japanese Championship - - - - - Mazda Furai -Tuned
GT All Stars - - - - - - - - -

Keep running it. Tell your driver to slow down before getting to the bad spot. He'll eventually learn.

Here's how I completed my B-spec Expert Series:

Tuned Car Championship - - - - Mazda Furai Concept '08
Schwarzwald A - - - - - - - - - - Mercedes SLS AMG '10
MR Sport Cup - - - - - - - - - - - Pagani Zonda R '09
Historic Racing Car Cup - - - - - Toyota 7 Race Car '70
Turbo Challenge - - - - - - - - - - Mazda Furai Concept '08
Gallardo Trophy - - - - - - - - - - -Lamboghini Gallardo LP560-4 '08
Japanese Championship - - - - - Mazda Furai Concept '08
GT All Stars - - - - - - - - - - - - - Minolta-Toyota 88C-V '89
Polyphony Digital Cup - - - - - - -Mazda Furai Concept '08

No superintending of the B-spec pilot was required at any of these except for the Historic Monaco race.

FYI, here's a workable setup for the Monaco Historic race:
Ride Height------------ -20 / -20
Springs-----------------11.5 (F) / 12.5.0 (R)
Dampers (Ext'n)-------6 (F) / 5 (R)
Dampers (comp)-------5 (F) / 4 (R)
Anti-Roll Bars-----------6 / 5
Camber------------------1.5 (F) / 1.5 (R)
Toe-----------------------0.00 (F) / + 0.40 (R)
LSD----------------------9-36-18
Brakes-------------------5/4
Downforce---------------Maximum F & R
Speed/gear..................debatable, but 155 to 162 will work.

The key to winning this event is getting a grid with the Chaparral 2J lined up to start in the 3rd row. This may be around the 8th time you try the race. He will get tangled up in a wreck at least once and get turned around. After that, it's an easy win.

Other setups available upon request.

Thanks for the Set-Up i'll give it to my Bob as its the only Race apart from the FGT Championship I need to do to finish eveything bar the Endurance Races .

YYEESSSS! Done it at the first attempt!!! :D:D

The Chapparal started on the 3rd row and my level 18 Bob gained a couple of places from the start but hit the barrier coming out of the tunnel on the first lap and dropped to 10th. He soon picked his way back to 6th and then on lap 3, just ahead of me, I saw the 2J hit the barrier and I was past him. Took a while to get past the 2D and the GT40 and then that just left me with the 330 P4, I was right behind him for 4 laps but not quite close enough to overtake and then disaster, the 2J came past me to take 2nd. I thought it was all over, but then, on the 6th lap, the 2J hit the barrier again and 2nd place was against mine. It was then a 2 lap sprint to catch the 330 and a bit of "Increase The Pace" got my guy right up his exhaust on the final. I thought my only chance was to blast past him on the 2 straightest bits of track but by the time I got to the top of the hill, I still couldn't get past and then, a bit of agressive driving from my cool headed Bob and he forced his way past and from there, victory was mine!!!

Thank you for the setup Dotini!

EDIT - All that and the prize car is a crappy Alfa Giulia TZ2 that I've already got :(
