Just letting people know that when you get to B-Spec lvl 35, you will be rewarded with a X1, Just hit 35 10 minutes ago and was rewarded one :)
 
So, the rumours that were posted in a thread a days or so ago were right then.

That's pretty neat, especially considering that I'm currently advancing faster in B-Spec than in A-Spec...

Are you able to use your X1 in A-Spec events?
 
The grind to 30 in A Spec is driving me nuts. Halfway to 29, might start running B Spec haha.
 
Interesting, maybe change of plans then as Im currently on Level 29 A-Spec and 25 B-Spec.

But since the only way I can level up to 30 and unlock the special event is by doing the Indy 500 twice, I might just go for B-Spec instead, as for now.
 
So you get an X1 for bronzing the Vettel challenge, and another 2 for getting gold and silver, and then another one for b spec lvl 35.

That's 4 X1's so far, and it doesnt seem all that unlikely to me that you might get another one for finishing all the endurance races.

I'm not complaining but thats a lot of X1's if you're a completionist.
 
I wish it was lvl 35 or even 40 for A-spec too. I'm not that close to it (just 28 now), but sooner or later i'll get to 40, just because i'm actually playing the game and having fun trying different cars/tuning options now, since i did nearly all races in A-spec except 2 or 3 and the endurance ones. Also Kaz said there will be exp/money for online races, so it will be even easier.

But a B-spec are different story. The thing is... When i turn on my PS3 - i want to play, when i don't want to play anymore or don't have time for it - i turn it off. There's no place for an AI racing at all in my "gaming schedule", maybe just 3 - 5 mins every ~2 hours when i'm taking a break. It's not enough to even win 2 races for sunday cup, thanks to 2x laps ammount compared to A-spec.

Who at PD thought to make B-spec races longer than their A-spec counterparts. Yes, I can't get enough of watching Bob race /sarcasm

To give you a chance to win perhaps? Many of the races are difficult to win in 2 or 3 laps simply because the AI is not as reckless as a human driver.

Japanese Championship

gives you a decent amount of credits and good amount of XP

I just give my guy the Furai, stock, and just walk away and he easily wins every race
 
So you have convinced me to do b-spec even more.. and when I b-spec i try to get HW done.. and seeing as I have one final paper left to do guess what i'll be doing tomorrow...

lol.. its a good thing though :D

Awesome. I'm halfway there...numerically, not experience wise. :(

It is good to know I won't have to spend money on one at A-spec Level 40.

I need to do more B-spec more when I'm away from my PS3 now.
 
keep the driver slots trained. when starting a race, go to pit strategy and keep strength at 10 percent, that way, your driver doesn't fall to 0% and become more mentally retarded, at least that way your retarded drivers pit for a fresher retarded driver :D
 
Nice to hear.....but my B-spec driver is level 14 now and he keeps failing with the harder races. I just SWEAR he's bugged lol, sometimes he breaks in the middle of a straight road, and it leaves me cursing in real life. Really it's driving me mad, I keep smashing the "overtake" button and he doesn't seem to be able to pass the guy in front of him despite I have a faster car, he's too "nice" to overtake, and instead of taking over, he politely slides to the side when someone is overtaking my driver. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH driving me crazy honestly. Anyone got some good advice for this perhaps? Thanks in advance.
