I figured this out last night. Maybe I am the first to do it 
What you will need is a car with flip up headlamps like my FC right there. Second you need to go do a practice race on whatever location you want to take pictures at. This will not work on the night time courses. Whenever you get your car positioned for the photo or you are mid drift like I will show you below bump L1 for to flash your highbeams.
Then go to the replay and watch it on the hood view of your car. When ever you see the headlamps pop up pause the replay, then unpause and pause it again until you get the headlamps where you want them. It can take some time to get down but its pretty easy to do.
