There hasn't been much mentioning of the Integra despite its outstanding FF performance, so I took the liberty of tuning it myself =p

In addition, I actually purchased a second DC5 just for Race Mod to see if there were any significant differences, and by all means I reckon a Race Modified DC5 darts more aggressively into a corner than does a standard one. However that opinion is left to your discretion, but anyhow please enjoy the tune!

Integra (DC5) Type R '06 WITH RACE MODIFICATION (don't complain if this tune isn't applicable elsewhere)
Curb Mass: 950 KG
Weight Distribution: 61% / 39%

Sports Soft Tires

Ride Height: -22 / -20
Spring Rate: 11.6 / 8.5
Extension: 7 / 6
Compression: 6 / 5
Anti-roll Bars: 4 / 4
Camber: 1.6 / 2.2
Toe: -0.1 / 0.2
initial torque: 12
acceleration: 36
deceleration: 18
brake balance: 6 / 7

REMEMBER TO ADJUST THE LSD. THEY ARE CRUCIAL!

Note: The car is very rigid in this setting, meaning you will most definitely feel the bumps especially on rough tracks like Trial Mountain. Otherwise it handles great on smoother tracks like the F1 circuit at Suzuka. Shall you find the ride too pogo-stick-like, then increase ride height and soften the springs by 0.8-1.2 on both ends.

(All testing was conducted on Suzuka - quickest on sports soft tires was 2:12, whilst racing soft tires recorded a 2:05... maybe 2:04 can't remember)

Please leave any comments shall you see any areas for improvement or amendments.

Thank you and enjoy.

I will definitely try your tune out tomorrow. My Teggy's been feeling neglected ever since I had my 08 CTR tuned :)

Yeah thanks, you may also want to try out my NSX tune, its probably one of the quicker N/A cars around. I can run a sub 53 on tsukuba with that tune, its simply amazing. Anyhow, please give post some feedback!

how about understeer with this setting

is this easy to turn when enter the corner

Yes, its excellent, even on sports softy it will outperform cars with more power. The chassis' superiority is compounded by the power-weight ratio. Its a good package all round.

Please try for yourself.

Constructive criticisms or comments are more than welcomed

ok now i try to set my EK9 but it does not work

i'm still not understand about setting the car

this is about DC5 not EK9. also there is a box you can click on at the tune screen and it will help you out, in the game.

im gonna try this DC5 tune soon

Thanks blknazn, some people don't read - saved me the trouble for explaining the difference between an EK and DC5, anyhow please give feedback! They're valuable =p

I hope you enjoy.

By the way, this mod is intended for RACE MODIFIED DC5. Therefore these settings may not necessarily work for a normal DC5!

It's an improvement over my current setup, but I found it a bit too bouncy and understeer-ish on my test track (Tsukuba) I'll try the car out on a smoother track like Tokyo where the stiff suspension settings should start to shine.

Understeer?!?! I have emphasized that this tune is specifically for the race modified DC5. Anyhow, you should test on Suzuka as it offers superior track surface. Tsukuba makes my ferrari jump and bounch like pogo-sticks, so its no wonder that a stiffened race car will bounce too.

(BTW, the LSD setting is crucial, I find that the default settings lock the front too quickly causing understeer on exit, its important to note the difference between 1, 1.5 and 2-way LSD.)

The DC5 after race mod is capable of beating cars in higher classes with more horsepower!
