I could do with some suspension ideas for this lumbering beast, anyone got any nice settings? My settings now aren't brilliant, they're alright, but only alright.

Current suspension;
Ride height -40/-40
Spring rate 8.6/11.4
Dampers Extension 6/6
Dampers Compression 5/5
Anti-Roll Bars 6/6
Camber Angle 2.0/0
Toe Angle 0/0.20

Breaks:
Balance 7/8

LSD:
Initial Torque 20/20
Acceleration Sensitivity 40/40
Breaking Sensitivity 25/25

Torque Distribution 30/70

Suffers mainly from Understeer, and a lot of...

I was trying to tune this truck earlier and settled on the fact I just hate it. The stock LSD is completely open 0/0/0 front and 5/20/10 rear and it still understeers like a mofo.

not a bad start.

try around -25 on the ride height

front compression dampers 3, front extension 5

lower the front roll bar to 3. increase rear to 6 or 7

lower the lsd setting, esp in the front.

I just posted a 7:11.549 on the Nordschleife with my hillbilly truck on my first attempt.

Nice tune! The only thing i did was switch the bias to 30 front and 70 rear. did manage a 7.05 on the nurb. Very nice tune!

Raise the ride height for suspension travel
Spring rate values need to be switched and 50% higher
compression values need to be higher than extension values
eliminate the rear toe value
The LSD in the front need to be around 25% of the rear. Also high powered cars use 10 or less in initial torque.
try reducing torque distribution in the front until the truck has a lot of wheel spin or unstable in the exit of corners.

krism2000, Hey great job on that set up it works great, you get back a lot of control from the car.

but OG had a good add on and i changed the max speed to 180 since i was never going over 160 and the gears where to large for certain tracks
