I've been messing around a bit with the LSD and suspension and I've improved it quite a bit, but it still understeers like mad.
I would really love for this car to handle well but I can't do it at the moment, have to brake about twice as early as I should for the corners and have to go around them very, very slowly. It looks so unbelievably good, too, but for now, it's only a looker until I get this stupid freaking understeer worked out somewhat. Any tips, please?

More info: I have every part except for the racing exhaust (still have the standard so it sounds decent) and the transmission (standard tranny is set up nicely and gets rid of the awful sound, so that's what I'll be using). All available aero parts, in Matte Dark Red.
Best looking thing in the world. Handles like a piece of 🤬

:banghead:

Try softening the rear anti roll bar a bit and adding some front camber this will increase the contact patch when cornering

Thanks! It understeers much less and I can go more quickly through the corners, but that only solves half of the problem. I still have to brake about twice the normal distance befoe turns. It drives me absolutely insane and is totally unnecessary - I'm using sports medium tires, and there is no way that the brakes would be that terrible on the Lambo. Any /more/ tips? :D

A fully tuned 458 with sports hard tires can easily brake half as much as the Lambo. Trust me, this is not normal, somethings wrong in the tuning, or the car is terrible. But it's definitely not just a matter of a little extra speed.

Well, I suppose you can give my tune a shot, although I've never tried it on less than sport soft. Personally I think this Gallardo is a total drift machine. I'm using a controller, fyi.

This is how you can adjust to cope with understeer

Ride High: Front:Low Rear: High
Shock Absorber,
Extention Front: Strong Rear:Strong,
Compression Front: Weak Rear Strong
Spring Rate: front: Weak Rear: Hard
Weel Alignment,
Toe Angel: front: In Rear: 0
Camber Angel: Front: Negative Rear: 0
Anti Sway Bar: Front Weak Rear Hard

You have to test to find the accurate adjustment for your car, This is in general how you should adjust.

On the sports softs I didn't find stopping distances to be TOO ridiculous with it; a bit on the long side but nothing terrible. With lesser tires you'll probably want to reduce front braking force a few points, the ABS seems to be a bit stupid about how it modulates pressures.

Being 4WD, the Gallardo is going to have a bit of understeer, especially if you leave the Traction Control on. I recommend you learn to use a bit of opposite lock to get through corners, if you haven't already...
