3rd Seasonal Event.

Any clue as to when it will show up?

Today is the fifth and the 1st event should be gone in an hour or so. Think they will replace it with something new?

I'll bet my house there will be more seasonal events. Of course, none of us has any clue exactly when they'll be available or what form they will take.

I suspect you already know this and had other reasons for titling the thread as it is though ;)

Did not have any reason other than I searched online for any news but there was nothing.

I was hoping someone here might know something or can point me in the right direction, it would be nice to know when the next event will open up.

I got new events live now:

Grand Valley East in a Prius
Cape ring North in a Audi TTS
Nurburgring GP/F in a Lotus Elise
Trial Mtn reverse in a Ford GT
Rome in a Citroen C4

as the title says. they include grand valley east in a Prius, Audi TTS around cape ring, Lotus elise 111R around the Nurburgring GP/F, Trial mountain in a Ford GT and 5 laps of rome in a Citroen C4 WRC '08.

The prizes for the races are as follows.....
Toyota Prius G race = 200,00Cr & 30,000XP
Audi TTS Coupe race =300,000Cr & 50,000XP
Lotus Elise 111R race -500,000Cr & 60,000XP
Ford GT race =1,000,000Cr & 90,000XP
Citroen C4 WRC race =1,500,000Cr & 120,000XP

total=3.5 million CR & 350,000XP

another strange thing is that the bonus races are not restricted by power or weight. They also appear to pay out more XP & Money than previous events

Online dealership is updated with
*Amuse Carbon R.
*Ford F-150 Lightning
*Chevrolet SST Concept
*BMW M3 GTR race Car
*Opel Astra Race car
*FGT
*Chapparel 2J.
*Dome zero
*DMC DeLorean
*Mazda Cosmo
*Alfa Romeo spider
*Nissan Skyline 2000GT-B. i find it odd that many of these are prize cars anyway

The new time trials are 295BHP Japanesse car's around tsukaba & a race around madrid with exactly the same description as the tsukaba one.
The new drift trials are around cape ring and a snow drift around chamonix.

A bunch of new events just showed up.

Anyone else disappointed with not getting anything for time and drift trails after the competition has ended?

Sweet maybe I can finally gold some of these lol

I smoked em on the GT race first try and drove like I was drunk. Easy 1 mil. I am kinda missing the restrictions though.

and I hope this isnt the only type of race we are going to get

A ****ING PRIUS RACE in new seasonal event, A ****ING PRIUS.

and no restriction!!! of course being PD they can't get it right always, they must screw up when things are fixed!

Do they involve starting at the back of a rolling grid half a lap behind.
Or are they races this time?

Thanks.

the bonus races are the same, you start spread out and have to pass everyone. I just tried it, with a tuned version of the car you can be in the lead near the end of the first lap. The race is 5 laps. They've just given this away to anyone that wants it.... Oy.

yep its the same.. no restrictions make it too easy though I just blew through the GT one easily first try bouncing off walls.

Great support PD.
I think there too busy bigging up the new wheel to actually care about the game.

I was hoping for proper race events, maybe next time.

DAMN The Silverado Was a Rare High Valued truck, now its available for EVERYONE!COME ON PDDDDDDDDDDDDDD COME ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

From early reports on this and the other seasonal events thread, it sounds like they've made the new events too easy.

Shame really. I liked the challenge of the last two lots of events, even if a few of them were quite hard to win.

I guess they've allowed tuning after hearing everyone complain about buying a car, doing the oil change, having too much BHP and having to buy another.

I suppose we won't have to buy 'fresh' versions of the cars needed now if we already own them which is better.

At least, i guess, it means PD are still working on adding extra content to keep us interested.

Now all they need to do is add online leaderboards for all tracks.

It's so easy it's a joke? I golded the elise on first try with a stock elise, the AI is 10sec a lap slower.........

I agree completely about the Silverado. disappointing

For your information Prize information has been added

the delorean is on it... what its a price car... and the dome....

The should have put better cars on it.

taking ALL restrictions off isnt a solution for ppl bragin about oil changes outpowering the race restrictions
all they had to do is set the restrictions to 40hp more than the original car

no challenge at all in these new events, just did the Ford GT one without any tune other than tires
