Do i drift IRL? Sure i drift *cough* RC cars *cough* in real life...

I know i'm not alone though.... So lets see some pics of your RC drift machines!

I'm pretty sure drifting RC cars made it easier to learn drifting in GT5. Anyone else think they are similar?

Here's mine, it's a Tamiya TT01D. I've got a few different bodies...pretty much all nissan though...

Hahahah, couldn't help but laugh when I saw your rc on the roof of the real car. Will be putting up my pics tonight. Got a hpi drift, belt driven one, with a 15turn.

Please have this moved.

:(

What about if we talk about the subtle differences between drifting in GT5 and drifting an RC car?

Personally I think the handling is very similar to sliding a lot of the AWD cars and they require similar dexterity. I wonder if anyone will ever do a PS3 controller that looks like an RC radio, with the wheel on the side?

I also love the 350Z shot. I've seen videos of guys sliding RC's and it looks like great fun. I think an RC PS3 controller would be sick! But it could not compare to my DFP though :)

I have a Schumacher nitro. it was originally 4wd but modified it a bit. too much power too actually drift and havent used it in a year or 2 lol but its stil fun trying when i take it out the shed :P

I do, I own a Tamiya TA05 with a Square drift conversion kit type SP.

It has a countersteer setup (rear wheels spin faster than front wheels) so that I don't have that boring easy AWD setup.

Here's mine, its a bit dirty, collects a fair bit of dust from the car parks. I also use electrical tape on my tires, better slide control and I never have to buy tires. Elec tape is cheaper also lol.

It has nothing to do with GT5.

We have forums other than the GT5 forums. Please use them when appropriate. I'm not providing a link to the thread you should have used as nk4e already has.
