My recent experience with a Moderator regarding my thread
https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=176684
To which lead to this
How can I be held responsible for people not reading the first post
and my last message
Anybody had a similar experience with a Moderator
I would have not mind if he would of closed the thread and post something like "Update 1.05 is back online, no need for this thread anymore"
Moderators should also be more cautious when posting and closing threads. I know I wasn't the most respectful person either and my triple posting was probably wrong but it was better that opening a new thread for "Are the servers down?"

daanThe bit you made up was the fact you went from 1.05 being removed so that must mean that 1.06 is imminent.Mario2Lopez"So, was any of this panic, and subsequent making up of stuff, actually needed?"
Are you a retard? what makes you think this was a panic(have you seen the video?)
If you wanted proof you could have deleted your Game Data and tried to download the update, the message "This update is no longer available" was showing and I sent proof to SCEA customer service. I could provide you some evidence if you need it.
It's cool if you close the thread but you're the one that should not make stuff up. I will make sure I open a new thread when my gift card arrives.
And you might want to reconsider how you address folk in the future. Asking if someone is a retard is not exactly polite. 💡

daanPerhaps panic wasn't the right word, but you made plenty of posts in a short space of time as if you were panicking. You should ahve used the eidt button instead of multi posting (3 posts in a row)Mario2LopezI never made a bit up. All I said was that 1.06 better come out fast since 1.05 was no longer available and people who bought the game yesterday or people who formatted there Hard Drive would not be able to connect to the servers.
The thread was started in the questions and answers and it was titled "When is the 1.06 update coming?" or something like that. Then when the 1.05 update was no longer available I change the title to such and moved the thread.
Sorry about not being polite but you could also be more professional. Although your a Moderator that does not give you the right to make things up or accuse people of wrong doing without proof.
Thanks

Which caused a response of...I guess the 1.06 or whatever is called is coming today.
therefore causing confusion about a non-existant (as yet) patch, so I thought it best to lock the thread.whats the deal with 1.06 is it coming out today someone said..?

Mario2LopezThanks for the prompt responses and I apologize for the inconvenience I could of cause you.
PS. I don't mind you closing the thread but your post made it seem like I had made up the whole story.
Just put yourself in my shoes, how would you feel if you wanted to play online and couldn't do so because they had remove the update for online functionality and no download link existed anymore without a notice from the manufacturer. PD probably slipped when removing round two, disabled the update by mistake and never realized until the next day.
