Nicely put but a car with 0 miles on it is still going to be better than one already broken in. It's a brand new car with the potential to gain more hp than the one already broken in which will only lose hp from whatever point you started owning it. In GT5, there is always a reason to own newer cars, I personally try to have a double of cars that I cannot find with 0 miles, like prize cars that I like driving. I send to my other account and buy used, I keep the 0 mileage cars like a collector because that's how i like to play my game
