Why Won't My Bob Get XP?

Hello peoples. After using practically the same driver for my entire Bspec career (A good 24 levels), there seems to be a problem. H hasn't lost a single rare, usually because of the x1. All of his little bars are filling normally, except for one. Even though he's halfway to level 40 (He's leveling up at the same rate as me) His experience bar seems to only be a quarter full. Does he start gaining "experience" more at higher levels, or is his slightly unfair perfect record mean that he doesnt "learn" anything? I just want to make sure he's good for when I cant rig the race by giving him overpowered cars. Thanks

Thats normal.
You have way way more racing to go yet. B spec level 25 to 40 takes AGES.
B-Spec bob has so many more races to do I wont tell ya how many as it might put you off, endurance races unlock soon for bob.
Its better to try to ignore the bar completely and just manage bob start a endurance race for bob when you go to sleep or of to work.
If you trust some one in your House/Flat you could get them to manage B-spec bob at lunch time restarting bob on another race.

That bar goes up essentially the same per race, it takes about 500 non-remote races by the driver to fill up.

I disagree.

My first B-spec monkey is on level 36 and done about 170 races (lost 3).
I keep him doing endurances only from now so level 40 is not far away.

Which is nice for other farmed Stigs...ahem...B-spec drivers, they can race events which first drivers has unlocked. My newbie has raced 4 events and is on level 31. :dopey:

You will find that WakeStriker is talking about the career bar, not the B-Spec level.

Your bob will need to do around 500 races before its tops out. His other stat bars will start to turn grey (losing performance) and the B-Spec level for that bob will have been at level 40 for some time before that starts to happen.

I'm doing the Autumn Ring Mini from the Sunday cup over and over again and my bar is slowly moving. I thought it had stopped at one point but it actually didn't. I'm now 450 races in and the bar only has another 1/10 of the way to go.

I do 5 races, check the UCD do another 5, check the UCD about ten times in a row. Then I check the overview of my drivers and notice the big jump that the bar makes after 50 races. If you keep checking after each race, it doesn’t seem to move.

.

And for that reason I'd recommend using MORE than one Bob. When he starts to degrade you'll need to use a new Bob. A level zero Bob doing an endurance race is a Bob that's not going to help you. Also, you're gonna need 4 quality Bobs for the Endurance races.

I'm at level 30 on B-spec and my Bobs are 30-29-28. I can count on either of these guys to win a race. They've run 53-51-28 races. The other three are stuck on-line and they are 18-17-0.
