I´m sure this have been posted before, but I could not find it when I searched since I don´t know what to search for. If there is, I´m sorry.

I have been thinking for a while, and I have found out that PD should combine the tracks and not be able to start races. It would be a lot more fun when playing online.
Combine

Suzuka Circuit
Suzuka Circuit East Course

Nürburgring
Nürburgring Nordschleife
Nürburgring GP/F
Nürburgring 24h
Nürburgring GP/D
Nürburgring typeV
some examples. What do you think? It should not be to hard to remove some tyres blocking the road, and it would be a lot more fun driving free run online.

Well Suzuka is all the same track. And nurburgring kinda. I don't really know how to explain it though. My brain is so tired. Someone else will come in.

I was actually thinking about your idea but with city tracks. Let us roam the streets since they are right there anyway. Especially Special Stage. Wow. It would be the best.

Suzuka is the same, but it is possible to remove the obsticle so people can choose if they want to do the long or short track. Special stage would be awesome. There are other tracks too, I just came with 2 examples. It should not take PD much time to remove things so we could have that option. I bet they could do it today and send out an update tomorrow if possible.

Oh. Yea that is a good idea. There have been times where I wanted to do that. It would be too easy for PD to do that too. I just don't see it happening because great ideas that are simple don't usually get put into games. Considering they update the game, it's only a little bit more possible. I would love the Top Gear track to be completely open. They should have done this. I've always wanted this to happen, come to think about it. The tracks feel so claustrophobic.

It´s so easy they probably haven´t thought of it yet lol. It would not be any problem to make these tracks as "free run" tracks and send them out so we can enjoy them online. Not all people race...

I'd just like it if you could short-cut the long versions of the Ring so you didn't have to go all the way around the north loop to start a hot lap or if you're damaged, invalidating your current lap like in the real thing.

Before starting a thread, always check the stickies. :)

I´m looking for the complete whole track. Not sure how to say it. The track maps is not the complete tracks combined. specially looking for all Nurburgring tracks combined. I also want the Suzuka cart track :)

I love this idea, but I found a fault. Sadly, how would times be judged, since one is shorter there's no working system. Or you'd be fastly approaching where the Nurburgring mini GP and GP meet and someone comes out onto the track causing youi to fly off into the closest wall.

Sorry, I didn't mean to ruin the idea :(

I think that with real-world track layouts there are probably licensing issues to contend with.

I don't see the value of opening out all the SS Tokyo variants either, but if people want it then it would be interesting to see it done.

EDIT: @skython11, you're right! I don't see any way that you could use these for proper timed racing - everyone would simply run the shortest available lap :D

I don't know if it would work that great with the 'ring, there's three place where you could cut the GP/F section, and as the above posters said thats what everyone would do. It would be good for online cruises though.

The SS's would be a lot more fun, though... (obviously not to scale)

SSR5+SSR7+SSR11=SSR23 ;)

I'd put either SSR5 or SSR7 at the bottom of SSR11 (at that final Hairpin).

How can no one mention Cape Ring? It's as if the track was designed to be free roam. Would be the best drifting playground ever.

I love the idea of the SSR tracks being combined, but I have to agree, it would need to be a free roam thing rather than a race, or time trial. With a map that size, it would be nice to have more than just 16 people in a lobby, but we all know that PD made maximum number players to be 16, for a reason - to avoid (more like "limit") internet lag issues.

I love the idea though.

It can´t be lap times or racing in the tracks. It have to be free run. Would be awesome online drifting on them. I also want to get enough people who want this, and send a suggestion to PD. Crossing my fingers :) It would sort of be a free roam as PD talked about giving us. I mean this could be a "good compensation" :)
