Photograph must focus on any car detail
CARS: Premium cars only
LOCATIONS: Any
PHOTOTRAVEL: Yes
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: Focus must be in on car details.

Show an older iteration of a car with its current model.
i.e. a 240Z ridding beside a 370Z.
CARS: Long-running nameplates.
LOCATIONS: Any
PHOTOTRAVEL: No
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: More than one car in the image; car must be from the same model.

Any car above 500bhp, with or without fully tune.
CARS: 500bhp+ cars. No race cars.
LOCATIONS: Real world circuits, only
PHOTOTRAVEL: No
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: See above.

Take a picture of any FF car(s)
CARS: Any FF car
LOCATIONS: Any
PHOTOTRAVEL: Yes
UNIQUE RESTRICTIONS: Car must be Front engine, Front traction.

I'm not sure on the ruling regarding TW's shot though. I wish we could somehow switch his entry in for one eligible for the theme, or something... I will say for his shot itself, it's great especially in full size. Will vote when I get a chance to deliberate :dopey:

Sure, it's early, but I can't say I'm surprised I'm already at less than half the votes of Rev; not only is it an awesomely real picture of the Macca, but it continues my bad luck of every Tournament to be knocked out the second round

. I figured with the amount of positive responses from my qualifier and Round 1 entry, it was even more of a sure-thing!

I wasn't particularly happy with my shot this week; nothing came to me as strongly as the other two, I thrive on stricter themes. I almost submitted an orange F1, and now I'm kind of curious what would've happened! :lol:

All fantastic entries this round; I don't know who I'll vote for for the first two, honest! It's a shame about TW's shot, because it really is fantastic, and probably would've had my vote if it had the most bizarre of drivetrain swaps!

I just couldnt paint the original one, so I bought a new one and painted it black.
After that, I promised some guys a brand new F40 as prize for gettin a standard whell in the PMC poll. Unfortunatly I drove both F40's a bit, so I needed a new one, ...again. :rolleyes:

Thats how I get my 3 F40's.

So, I got
-a red stock F40. Drove it alot!!!!
-a black fully tuned F40. Crashed it a few times for the 2.0 Comp, haha
- and a yellow untouched F40

next one is maybe a blue one like Slipz has. With rims and tunes

Oouh, I need to grind some money later on.....

I actually really like the blue F40. Looks much better than the stock red color, in my opinion. I've never really liked the F40 in red though. It's a cool car, but I just don't think red matches it too well.

naah, its like painting a silver Mercedes red or blue. It may look good or even better, but its just wrong.
Ferraris also need to be red. Of course other colors look good on them, but red just belongs to a classic Ferrari.
At least thats my opinion. But hey, I don't want to blame anybody for painting their cars in unusual ways because I also do it.

Saw a mint green F40 yesterday. Damn that looked nice

But you're right with the stock red. It really isn't the most beautiful red in the game.

It was a great shot but for me it was two things: The angle of the shot (I love the low aggressive angle) But it chopped the roof and pillars off of the car. The other thing being the way the light highlighted around the Left front corner. Just gave the car a floating look.

And I've got nothing against painting it blue

First match up is the best In my opinion followed closely by the second one.
What is that circle glow thing in Slip's shot near the left front tire (very distracting ),I think it might be the head lights which is a shame because I really like that shot.Pity about Tangled Web's Mistake(was waitting for that match up the most

).

Pretty Fantastic Stuff all around (but that's what we expect from the best really)

Still really annoys me that I made such a silly mistake, doesn't help when I keep looking at this poll. My shot should of been removed, that way those votes wouldn't of been wasted.

I have to agree with the opinion of Slip's blue F40, I like it. Really captured my eye, one of the reasons it got my vote. 👍

Surprisingly, it seems like I'm going to win this round, which means that in the next round, I'll most probably be going up against Moglet, who used to be a pretty big inspiration for me back in the GT4 days (and still is) :scared:

I severely doubt I'll proceed to the finals, though I guess I can always get lucky. Either way, next round is going to be very tense!

Just to give a little light on the subject of themes, they are already chosen for each match (independent of who gets in that match, as always) and I have to say, they are made to challenge each creativeness (risen difficulty), so that who ever gets down to Final round, really deserves it.
