After 2 days of owning a 3d screen, it still find it difficult to find good 3d stuff on the internet. So sharing this rare good pearls will help everybody with a 3D screen.

I will update this first post with the adresses and programs people share.

Web adresses:

- http://3dvision-blog.com/ (Contains a lot of information, reviews, videos to download,...)

- YOUTUBE 3D (youtube has also a few 3D channels with different formats, but does not support Nvidia glasses for the moment (though there is a work around with a script))

- http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d-vision-main.html (main site from nvidia, contains some image packs (jps) and some movies to download)

- http://www.3dvisionlive.com/ (very good site, contains a lot of users photos, and 3d videos which can be watched directly via the site in 3d)

- http://3dguy.tv/downloads/ (some SBS videos)

- http://www.designmate.com/index.html (science videos)

Programs:
- Cyberlink PowerDVD 10 - 11 : support for 3d bluray and 3d video files (various formats) (cost +- 60€)

Took the second post for my review ( sorry mods ;))

So I bought this one:

The biggest advantage of this screen is that you can connect both, a Nvidia PC and home electronics with framesseq (PS3, Sky,... NO Xbox)
So i can play my games at full HD 1080p60Hz instead of 720p60Hz (which the Ps3 does)

This is only possible while a connection is made with a dual link DVI.
You can connect the PC via HDMI but the problem is the HDMI is limited at either 1080p24Hz or 720p60Hz.

Now on the 3d itself.

I never saw a home 3d before, just one movie in the cinemas in 3d (TRON).
So i didn't know really what to expect.
Simply put : I was blown away. But i get there.
I start with the PC:
Connecting the screen is as simple as a 2d screen. I just installed the latest driver from Nvidia in order to be up to date.
Than I tried gaming. Most games work out of the box without much problems. I needed to dial back the AA a bit as 32x or 16x was a bit to much in 3d for my PC. But I can still play with all settings to max and AA 2x in 3d at 1080p. Beautiful.
Tried Mafia 2, Bfbc2 and Just Cause and all look amazing.
Nice feature is that at the game start up a little window pops up saying how well the particular game is supported.
(need still to try the 120hz game mode)

Photos, though some are hard to find, are amazing. It really pops out of the screen in certain parts.

Videos, the little teaser videos i already downloaded are nothing short of amazing. Some are better some are worse. But the good ones are astonashing.

The 3d could be best explained by an open window. Most of the depth is like looking through a window, it is beyond the plan of the window, sometimes depending on the 3d quality of the material is really poping out of the screen or in this analogy, the window. Like in the Resident evil trailer, Alice throws ninja stars at the screen. Those pop out quite a lot and looks really good.
But these effects are largely influenced by what kind of 3d technology is used and the screen size (if i understood that articel right).

On the PS3:
Needed to recalibrate the display settings on the PS but after that played a gt5 (obviously) and for the first time i used the cockpit view. Amazing.

As i only had the screen 2 days i may add the one or the other subjective information i notice.

Conclusion : I wasn't sure whether to get a 3d telly or not. It bothered me that i couldn't play my pc games at 1080p60Hz. Than i saw this in january and have been waiting since to get one. This particular model seems to be hard to get as quantities seem still very limited.
But i do not regret my purchase. The 3D has blown me away completly and all the people i showed it to were heavily impressed to.
We all had the same reaction : "I didn't thought it is that good."

I just found:

GT5 adjust in game 3d settings to : parallax 9, convergence 8.3
and they also seem to stated put the screen on the PS3 on the smallest setting 10".

The standard settings do not seem to give a lot of 3D effect, which makes people say it is not impressive. However people that optimized the settings completely disagree.
