I thought I saw the Ford GT Test Car in red Carbon.. Not sure though as I was very tired. I'll try it myself tonight.

The RMed Vette can be painted and retain the stickers. Mine is chrome with blue wheels. And changeable numbers. Nice.

I haven't been paying attention to the subject but I once saw a thread called "Paint Your Zonda R" Maybe you can paint the Zonda too :sly:

The Ferrari Scuderia if u want to count that. I had it red (Not Rosso Corsa; Ferrari Red) with a black stripe, I then painted it Rosso Corsa & the stripe turned white ! If this can be counted lol.

I think I heard that you can re-paint the Chevy Camaro LM Race Car as well.
(I only have 3 of the 4 colors it's available in, and I'm not about to paint one of those. I'll have to get a 5th one if I want one in a 'custom' color...)

Just remember, though, that with the Pagani Zonda R and the GT by Citroën Race Car (plus surely others too numerours to list), when you re-paint it you won't be able to get it back to its original color.
(Sometimes you can find a close color match, but not with the Zonda R as the part of the body you're painting over is bare carbon fiber. Don't get me wrong, my first Zonda R in the TVR 'Chameleon Orange' color is "hawt", but I ended up dropping 2.6M credits for a second one just to have one with the bare carbon fiber.)

Peace...

The Camaro LM is definitely paintable. I'd also like to find some others like this too, I've been trying everything I get just to find out. I was a little surprised that stuff available in different colours anyway couldn't be painted, Nismo 400R especially.

The BMW Concept 1 series Tii can also be painted and retain the stripes. I know it's not a race car (although some may argue to the contrary) but it's another one that may be of interest.

Not sure if this fits the bill, the Mini Cooper (the classic model, not the BMW Midi, as I like to refer to it)
Originally bought from the UCD in some awful purple, repainted British Racing Green, I have since painted it Gold Chrome.

(Will post up the Chromed one when I get it off the machine tomorrow)

Then there's the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 6 GSR TM SCP '99

Dang, that Camaro is s-weet looking!
Now I definitely need to get a 5th one to repaint it...

Any one know if you can paint the GT academy cars?

I can say from experience that you definitely can paint the 370Z - I don't have the GT-R SpecV yet...

It looks better in the silver than the gold, the gold highlights the badly drawn edges of the stickers too much, whereas the silver is more forgiving.
I might have to re-check this, but I think the wing is also chromed!
(BTW, the mini cooper in gold looks absolutely amazing in gold!!)

Ok, been checking a few more since last night.

BMW 2002 Turbo retains the stickers across the front spoiler
Citroen C4 VTS retains the VTS logos on the sides of the car
Dodge Challenger SRT8 2008 retains the stripes
Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept retains the stripes
Ferrari 512bb retains the lower black section (ok, maybe stretching the mark here)
Spoon Integra Type R retains the Spoon and Type R logos on the sides
Lamborghini Murcielago Supervellocce retains the SV logos on the sides
Plymouth Superbird retains the Plymouth logo on the rear section
TRD Celica SS2 retains the TRD logos behind the doors.

Ones that I believe might also keep stickers, I've colour matched some of them so they currently look faded or "ghosted".

Amuse S2000 R1 - (EDIT - confirmed)
Audi Quattro 1982
Lotus Esprit 350
Lotus Esprit HC Turbo - I've painted mine James Bond white and still has the stickers, so will try a different colour
Lotus Motorsport Elise - Confirmed
Renault 5 Turbo - another one where I tried to paint match the stickers to get rid of them, but the wheels stay blue!
Subaru Impreza 22b - ok, really reaching here but it retains the STi logos on the front bumper

No worries, I'll keep you posted on the others.
Also, the side stripes and Cooper crest stay on the Mini too, I'm also sure the roof stays white.

Has anyone else noticed that of you have a 2010 Camaro SS with hockey stripes, and you repaint it; the hockey stripes and single hood stripe get replaced by the more common twin hood stripes?

Also, why isn't the PDI Racing Kart in the list in the OP?

Lotus Motor Sport Elise - Retains all the stickers

(EDIT - Additionally, the Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 retains it's red stripes)

I just wanted to mention that when you paint the Alfa Romeo GIULIA TZ2 carrozzata the yellow bit on the left front fender gets painted over while the rest stays the same. I was kinda of dissapointed by that.

As someone above me mentioned the Renault 5 Turbo keeps its stickers, but they get painted as well, while remaining visable. So if you paint it black the sticker will be a slightly different shade of black so that the sticker stands out.
