The SVT Lighting, one of the fastest trucks you can get. And within reason it can deliver some surprising results. In American tradition, serves up a ton of horsepower with a gobs of torque on the side.

I've run this truck in various PP limited rooms with much success against even race cars. It is fun to watch people get upset when you pass them in this thing. I will be posting some Lap Times later on. Any comments or suggestions welcomed from all. The truck does understeer naturally, the racing soft tires help this area out the most. The setup has the rear end quite stable with sufficient tread life left allowing for full throttle corner exits. This truck Shines on the straights and on corner exits during a race.

having the rear end higher then the front makes understeer worse. In contrary to what the game's help menu says.
Have you tried lower LSD settings? specifically int tq & braking. I also like to use more negative toe angles. All those things help my vehicles turn better. Especially my truck.

I have my Ram set extremely loose. (that's why you were able to spin it out so easily) I get the back end to swing out, then the 4wd takes over.

The LSD is set up to where I can accelerate hard enough out of the corners, not have snap oversteer, but yet not burn away just one tire. I would try more neg toe angles but being power is the biggest thing this truck has for it tire wear is critical for it.

The Ram being 4wd helps alot in some areas and hampers in others. I realized the whole reverse settings deal but so far what I have works fine for me. I tried the reverse settings on Indy in the GII car and it made it worse.

So for transmission are you setting default settings, final and then ratios?? Brakes?? Stock?

I believe I just set the gear ratios after installing the Trans. Top speed should really be around 170, the truck just does not pull after that hard. So it should red line before 180mph. I also learned shifting before redline, perhaps 500 rpms or so help it pull harder if you want to get up speed quick.

The brakes, I will have to go look at get back with ya. I normally do a 6/5 split on all my cars but will double check tonight and report back.

which trans you using...the close 5 or full custom?

Using the Full Custom. I have updated the Gear ratios alogn with teh much needed info on how to achieve the ratios.

Far as posting all my tunes in one thread, I rarely post my tunes unless I feel teh car has no info on it as it stands, or I feel the tune is quite good.
