Update 3.66 = no more online GT5?

Can't use GT5 online after update 3.66! What the hell?? PSN still works fine i can log in and all but won't let me use GT5 (sticks at the final ''demo'' screen).

Have not tried other games yet.

Anyone else? i can't be the ONLY guy Kaz is mad at? lol!
 
Online worked fine for me... Did a few races just a couple of hours ago..

Reset your PS3, clear your cache and try again. :-P

nvm, found it. clearing cache now, looks like it's gonna take a while!

It should take seconds, if it's taking forever you have some sort of internet/network issue.
 
No, if you haven't cleared the cache in a long time, it can take a few minutes.

Clearing the cache was NOT the problem. It just decided to let me play GT5 online again, for whatever reason.

After i got back online with GT5, i cleared the cache in a split second.

Again, i never had a problem getting online or logging into PSN, it just wouldn't let me run GT5 online.

Figured Kaz was out to get me!

Its not working for me either. I can get into the seasonal events screen but it stays frozen on the track loading screen when a race is chosen. Want to race online and now I have to wait. Oh well, looks like I'm going to just cycle through UCD to look for anything else I need.
 
System update seems to be taken for ever for me . Started it 5 minutes ago and still only on 3% :( . this happening to anybody else ?
 
A couple of days before update 3.66 i started getting denied access to people on my friends list while entering there room (network incompatibility error) but that seems to be resolved. However i still can't join there rooms from the community lounge , the icon indicating they have a lobby open is visible but when i click on it the lobby server box appears but is empty but it still allows me to join the lobby??? , only problem is when i get into the lobby it is empty and the background is a light grey colour ???. this problem was present pre and post 3.66 update ,at least now i can join the lobby through "open lobby" but it would be good if i could just join through community like it is suppose to work and not have to search through all the online lobbies to find my friends room.
Anyone else have this problem ?
 
After i downloaded the update, last night was the first time in a long time i have had online issues.

First i got kicked from the online lobby (i was host) then it wouldnt let me rejoin one of my friends that remained in the lobby. Told me that the rooms were incompatible, error 717............. but have been playing with these guys for months with no issues and nothing has changed as far as our hardware goes.

So damn frustrating...and will be super pissed if i get kicked during my racing league on Sunday night....
