Of course it beats a GTR, it has more HP more TQ and it weighs less.
Strangely that doesn't make that big of a difference. Because of the GT-R high weight, it gets off the line like a rocket, then its just to hold the lead until the end. People spend way too much time tuning GT-Rs and the rooms sometimes get a bit boring. This is why I started tuning "2nd level" cars such as Supras, Mustangs and 300ZXs. Surprise a lot of people

2nd level cars are my favourite to be honest. I got a couple of supras, mustangs, 350z, aristos, m5, gnx etc for drag 1/4 and ssr7.Strangely that doesn't make that big of a difference. Swap that with Enzo's, Cien's, Speed 12's, Viper's & GT's and you get the similar scenarios over at SSR7 too. TT3AZYeah, 2nd and 3rd level i do as well, but for now, the zr1, zo6, gtr is my priority since much is happening in the tuning scene. Only a handfull of these cars are tuned in the right way, and i really mean in the "right" way
The zo6 is highly underestimated it's easy to launch and I'm working on getting 246mph out of the tunnel. It should do good against some ACR's

Naa, if those vipers are tuned in the right way, they can exit at 245 mph, still beating 90% of all vipers out there. Same with z06, they can exit the tunnel at 245 and blowing away all others. As far as i know, the "pull" in higher gears is far more important than just 1 mph more or less in top speed.

I haven't run any good ACR's with it but before I broke it in I ran dr slumps zo6 and lost by a little more than 2 car lengths most he got in the mid range. Other than that i havent ran any other good zo6's either everyone seems enzo and gtr crazy. I have 20 more hp now and still haven't messed with the ride height much and still get 245mph so there may be room for improvement without hurting the acceleration.

Yeah, saying that Z06 is easy isnt true, it need as much optimizing as other cars though. It depends on who you are running, and how you launch, if you are going to speak about car lenghts...
As far as i know, there are much improvment to be done on all cars, just look at those pro tuners cars, and you see.

I raced some good ACR 's and they got quite a few lengths on the mid range as expected. I raced a ton a vettes but they all were crap so I still don't know where I stand. My connection isn't good so I can't get into the good lobbies all the time.
Edit : tt3az I didn't mean tuning the z06 was easy. I just meant that getting it to launch good isnt too hard because it spins less than the ACR or Enzo.
