So come to think of it, GT5 is meant to be a "driving simulator" yet we take our cars, mechanically go through the tuning menu, slapping on all the possible upgrades, then grumble to PD how the 1000+hp ACR behaves nothing like its stock 600hp counterpart.

So I was wondering if anyone would be interested in dragging STOCK, UN-TUNED cars sometime. No addons, tweaking, NO OIL CHANGE, the car in the exact specs it came in from the showroom. You can be a pro tuner or have no idea what "LSD" is yet still beat each other. Before I get to ahead of myself, will anyone be willing to do this sometime?

Sounds great, Ferrari italia 458 vs lambo lp 670
 
Enzo vs F1 will be interesting and Gallardo vs 430 Scuderia and GTR vs GTR Spec V and the last one for now F430 vs DB9.

no driving aids, manual or auto? i know some stock cars will probably launch better in 2nd

are these cars in the recommended list?
 
If cars are tuned and they want to run them stock just remove all upgrades that can be removed, and reduce power to stock. Ballast up and use Sports hard tires or less.

Yeah, that would be awesome, except adding cars that are king at dragging, like the ACR and the No Stripe.
