if any of you out there have any exact gear specs that make your cars go fast in the 400m,let me see...and if you need any of them yourself, just say the car and ill get to work

i was wonderin if you could try to get a lancer evo 5 under 11 secs with no tcs or asm?? if u could it would be a great help
