Instead of linking to the web page, link to the image URL. You do this by opening up the picture in Flickr, clicking on the "Actions" drop down menu, choosing "View all sizes", choosing a size (e.g. "Medium 500"), right clicking on the photo you have chosen, and clicking on "Copy image URL". For example:
Click the "Quote" button on the bottom right hand side of this post to see how the programming looks.
