Steward's Comments:
Bringing back the Mini for a second event on GT5, and a little twist on a great Prologue combo.

Viewing your T1 & T2 Time Splits:

  • You need to make sure you save the 'Save Best Lap Replay' (ghost replay), not the 'Save Replay'

  • To view your best lap replay, go to 'My Home' and watch the replay from there using the 'Replay Theater' option.
  • While Viewing Your Replay, Choose the "Live Timing Monitor" To View Your Sector Times
  • To post your T1, T2, and T3 Splits, simply post the sector times that are shown in the live timing monitor.
  • The WRS Fetchbot has been updated and will now add your splits together!

This pretty much confirms my decision to not bother with the 'ring any more, sounds like fun - I'm getting short-lap withdrawal symptoms

Cheers Kevin!

👍👍👍

Done with the ring myself, I don't think I can get any better, or concentrate that much any more!

Last time I played GT5 was WRS Week 32, it's been a while!

Need to get back on though for GT Academy, so gonna be giving this one a go. 👍

Sound interresting with the sport medium in front and sport hard on rear 👍

Tip: Driving like you're still in the Alfa 155 DTM car does not work.

Cheers, sorted.

I can actually sort-of run this combo. Still won't be as fast as i can be.

Might be a good way to get a replay showing how off my pedals are as well.

REALLY liking this combo!

T1: 28.504
T2: 17.713

I really like this city track (starting to like city tracks in general after years of hating them) and I love the Mini for it's pretty neutral handling characteristics.

Edit: At what RPMs are you guys shifting at? This thing makes peak torque from 1500-5000 revs and peak horsepower at 5500.

Loving it so far... Run 10 Laps before and early night. T1 I think is the make or break place, do much time to be gained or lost! Still trying to find the right line.

T1: 28.924
T2: 18.226

Lost a tiny bit in T2, but picked up almost a half second in T1. I see a few hundred laps in my near future!

T1: 28.060
T2: 17.760

27.962
17.339

1 second quicker now that I've read the rules....

3/5 BB seems to work well. ABS 5

Hrm, looks like I did a bit of ass-u-ming about the rules. I though I'd read somewhere that all hard surfaces were track in city circuits... guess it's time to re-learn the track!

You assumed correct 👍. I assumed the opposite, which was wrong!
