need help viper srt10 drag

my gear ratios for my trans are set at

final gear=2.000
top speed=174

1st=5.471
2nd=4.100
3rd=3.150
4th=2.500
5th=2.000
6th=1.600

i cant seem to get any faster than a 9.4 1/4 time

ive got everything else tuned right i believe, anyone care to help that would be great!

SRT has a shorter power band so you should stretch the max speed and shift earlier to maintain that power band
 
Its not all in your transmission, a properly tuned drivetrain (lsd normally 60/60/5), suspension and aerodynamics can shave up to a third of a second(0.3) off your time.
 
ok this is a minute trans tune on it unbroken

default,slide max speed 124 mph , final 3.370, set these ratios

1. 3.994
2. 2.929
3. 2.440
4. 2.050
5. 1.752
6. 1.486
slide final to 2.063

2nd launch im hitting 9.150s at the moment .
 
To be honest, ACRs are best at mile-long drag races rather than short 1/4 mile drags. But for a good lauch, make first gear long (around the 2.55 mark) and second gear short (around the 2.15 mark), in such a way that you get wheelspin (the good sort) which dies out perfectly during 2nd gear. Before doing this, select default, slide the final to the right, top speed to the left*, then set final at about 2.4-ish. After 1st and 2nd, just make the gaps between each gear fairly even.

*It's important to do this first

yeah viper srt10 coupe 06 9.148 my best unbroken so far...my NMA acc gt5 data corrupted today so im tuning from scratch man

F:censored:CK! I know how that feels bro. I was level 35 a spec level 28 b spec and had basically every car on the game.

But you can't just remake the same tune.
Think of the positive tho. Fresh start means fresh approach which means in the end you could get faster :)

That's impressive btw, my broken one was 9.120

If you ever need someone to break in cars with you the quick way (10laps ssrx online with tirewear on) I'll be glad to help. Finding a slipstream buddy can take 20mins off total time easy. A mate helped me break in my dc5 in under an hour
 
I didint have any written down so il have to come up with new ones but that should be simple enough lol hopefully and im definately striving for a better garage

oh btw im using my other acc KING_TIDE from now on since its level 17 allready ive got a couple cars tuned tonight so im getting there bro.

Thats quick bro nice work.
