GT Academy Cars and the Borrow/Glitch Cheat

Just wanted to put this out there for everyone sharing the 2012 Academy cars. Now, before I say anything, let me just say that I don't know much about this cheat other than what I've read about it in these forums or what I've been told. So now, It has recently been brought to my attention that it is apparently possible to lose these cars through this "borrow/cheat" glitch if you are sharing these cars. Again, I say APPARENTLY POSSIBLE as I don't have evidence either way but having learned of the possibility, I simply don't feel like taking the chance as these cars can't be replaced if you lose them. My cars are now offline. Having given you this information, you can decide for yourself what you want to do. Just thought I'd pass this along. Peace.

I'm sharing one of them now, when this idea poped in my mind i thought like what you said I think i will remove them.

But also there is no evidence that there will be a punishment for sharing them.

Like I said, I have no concrete evidence either way. But as long as there is the possibility, I am not taking any chances. Everyone else can decide for themselves what they want to do.

Does having a back up save will prevent such thing to happen ( losing the shared car ) ?
If I lose the car when it was shared online, then use the back up save to replace the current save, then I should get everything back to what it used to be, so there should be nothing to worry about, right ?

You have a point. And I do backup my game nightly. Didn't think of that. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Guess I wasn't thinking of everything when I became alermed about the possibility of losing my cars.
