Multi-Class at Tsukuba September 2nd (GT500 and GT300) (Cancelled)

The current Idea is:

8 GT300 cars NoLimit/as close as I can get to 300
8 GT500 cars 1100kg/493 HP

We run 30 laps on Sunday, September 2nd as soon as Bankfin ends, probably (7PM EST) (4PM PST)
RACE CLEAN!

Room Settings:
Heavy damage
No penalties
Weak slipstream
Tire wear/Fuel consumption on
Real grip reduction on wet/edge
Visual damage on
ABS available
All other assists off

Class 1 drivers(GT500):

Class 2 drivers (GT300):

RULES:
In events with two or more classes of race cars, on one track, both classes
are responsible for allowing the other classes to pass.

The generally accepted rule is that the slower car must Outside side of the track, for
faster traffic to pass.

NO RAMMING!

Sounds i cool, i will join unless i have a date..
I say yes for extra turn to get it more interesting.
Also if i join i will be driving nsx or maybe another midship layout car.

That would make it closer, but I can think of a lot of ways that can cause a wreck... and wrecks are bad.

Anyways, I'll look through GT300. I might take the Subarus, but, likely not... I don't much like Subaru. I like the MR-S and Celica etc. :sly:

Yes it is how do I change it? And I'm going to go by what the game states is a GT300/GT500 car so go by that car list.

My friend whiskymaser and I might come. I'm in GT300 class; you're not putting down specific cars yet, in the OP.

Just to remind people: The C-West Räzo Silvia is a bit too slow. Don't pick it, if you want to try to win. :ouch:

Otherwise, given the specs, any other JGTC/Super GT cars are okay.

As for me, I'll try the 300 class; ARTA cars.

I really want to join this race. Although the restrictions is the one thing that prevents me from joining.
One, it's too loose. I normally use cars that are not heavily modified, with engine tunes, or turbos. I was thinking: Tuning - Prohibited ?
Second, the date is a bit too soon. I can't get my testing done that quick.

Almost at 300, Endurance.

Anyways, I'm not going to run upgrades, personally. I'd second the tuning options, but I'd like to soften the rear suspension a bit. It goes with my driving style better.

I'm pretty sure you can change your suspension with tuning prohibited. Although, it's the hosts' choice. Hope it's a great race!

Well, I guess we could try again, but, it was my understanding that "tuning" meant fine-tuning the suspension, etc.

Its loose because they should already be somewhat similar and the power should be should be sufficient unless there's something I don't know... but I know the date Is a bit soon... but I don't really want to change it because I might get busy, and you said that you are are available to race then correct?

Update/bump: Damn, these cars are fun! The Autobacs MR-S was a good car. I just hope that the 500s can significantly outpace the 300s...

We only have 3 drivers and it starts in 2 days... I'm not going to start it with only 3 drivers, but I don't have any pit rules thought of but your passing rules were good... added part to OP.
